Typical wendys food. The place needed some cleaning and staff needed more training.
Went on a Thursday about 330p. Only 1 other family inside. Drive-thru steady. Ordered nuggets and $5 bag, cashier didn't know how to use the app rewards/offers. Also didn't know what some of the menu items were. Other staff helped, but also made jokes about it.
The drink area was messy with dirty items on the counter. The drink fountain didn't work. In the dining area, there were fries and napkins on the floor under numerous tables. Also had flies inside.
The men's bathroom had no toilet paper.
Took over 10 minutes of waiting for three of the Krabby Patty meals which is no problem. The problems are; the fry’s were cold when first getting them, the pineapple flavoring was thrown on the bottom and not mixed in with the frosties, and all three sandwiches were missing the tomatoes and onions, when calling the restaurant about this; the employee immediately got rude with me and told me “we are all out of tomatoes and onions” and when I said “that would’ve been nice to know when I put my order in, because I would have canceled my order and came back another day” and the employee started yelling at me that “they are letting everyone know” and hangs up in my face. Do better Wendy’s, we all know Burger King should’ve gotten this promotion and the food would actually be good.
I worked here for less than a day. Employees are not allowed to have any breaks, including meal breaks - which I was not aware of when I was scheduled for 10 hour shifts. They didn’t even try to be accommodating for my disability. The store manager has her 2 children work there illegally, since they are too young to be hired and paid; They are that short staffed. This place has bad vibes and I would not recommend working or coming here. The staff does not want to be there nor make your order, so save them the effort and go somewhere else.
Absolutely garbage service, everything was cold, paid for stuff that wasn’t included. Management and staff are definitely shooting up in the back. No wonder Wendy’s is more popular as a joke than a restaurant
Horrible service and dirty establishment. We went through the drive thru to get my son that was working, some food and it was ice cold. The entire biggie bag was. Pulled around and went inside and this guy immediately got attitude when I told him the food was cold. He slammed his headset down and proceeded to make the food. Handed the bag back to me and I felt the bag and it felt like it was warm. Took it to my son and he told me later on that evening that the burger tasted old and was cold in the middle. I will never go back to this Wendy's again. They used to be good but I guess it is bad management or something.
Went in after lunch rush on a weekday. The crew was very nice and did a great job.
Food is terrible, the night manager there is rude, I seen people behind the counter it don’t even work there. Seen the night crew outside smoking and chilli, while there’s a line.
This place is nasty and dirty food cold the employees be out smoking and eating be having they family out in the parking lot neeed new workers
