Best WLM Reviews
Tonight, I had the pleasure to have Michael help me with my app order. The app does not always work like it's supposed to, but management made sure I was taken care of when the app let me down. There are so many friendly faces and great people who work here.. I will be back.. wonderful customer service
What happened to customer service? This place serves good food. Wrong food in the bag. But the employees that talk in drive through start off attacking before I can even open my mouth to tell them I did a mobile order.
I order from here all the time and they move through the drive thru line quick. Manager Theresa is so hardworking. They do a good job.
Always attitudes. Always something missing. Never gives you all the sauces you need and ask for. Never responds in drive thru besides asking if your through. Had to go in for the sauce they forgot in every bag, and the line was to the door, no one pays attention to anyone needing anything. And there is a huge puddle on the ground with just a wet floor sign next to it. Ppl soaking their shoes.
WORST customer service ever. Attitude the moment I pulled up to order. I needed just a second to figure out what I needed to order and was rushed (there was NO ONE else in line besides me). Yes I was trying to order something I had never ordered before (The biggie bag) she asked which one and I tried explaining to her what I wanted twice and her response was, “you still haven’t told me which one”. I told her to not even worry about it and I just left.
I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but , this was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. The woman in the drive through was nasty, short, full of attitude and truly the worst person to be working there. Again, go anywhere else.
Was going to order food but as I was waiting for the restroom I noticed one employee go in and out of the men's room and it was obvious he did NOT wash his hands. Yikes! Then an employee left the ladies room, looked at me and went to work .....when I went in there was no toilet paper in the ladies room, both rolls empty. Had to use the paper towels. A heads up would have been nice! ???? Maybe they need a chart to track restroom checks like other restaurants have? Anyways the idea that a man with unwashed hands might touch my food grossed me out so I left. PLEASE make sure your employees wash their hands and take care of the restrooms! I have never encountered this at a Wendy's!
I ordered a Dave's Double, meal, large. No cheese. I got home, 9+ miles away, I git a single...with cheese. The meal was $12.00+. I did not get a receipt. I called the manager, she offered to replace it next time I was in town, but I have no receipt. I told her I could not prove I bought anything. There was interference on the phone and at one point the phone hung up so am going to assume she was cut off and not that she hung up. She was nice. I called back, but no answer....... This Wendy's is a good restaurant but sometimes someone falls flat and not a whole lot of interest, unlike most fast food places in the same town.
