Great food and service - definitely on brand for Wendy’s.
We stopped by for a quick dinner last night and dined in rather than taking it home. It looked like the staff may have been in the middle of cleaning things up because a few things were already broken down for the evening. I had the spicy chicken sandwich as did my wife - both were fresh and tasty. The fries were so hot I actually had to let them cool for a bit.
I usually enjoy coming here but the experience i got tonight was absolutely atrocious. The older gentleman at the drive through has an unnecessary attitude and needs to step away from the job if he can't handle basic customer interactions. He berated me for asking to pay with change then shorted me a dollar. When I came back to get my money I was shorted I was told to "now get out of my drive through". Absolutely terrible experience and not sure I'll bother coming back here again anytime soon.
So THEY forgot my food, blamed the delivery driver (even tho they cannot check the food), and refused to refund the missing food or make it right. The Manager then argued with me instead of trying to find a solution. Insisted I wasn’t going to get a refund but thankfully corporate fixed that error. I get it these problems come up when ordering take out but the managers ability to escalate a simple matter is why I’m leaving this review.
I ordered and they made a mistake so I kindly asked to validate my order to make sure I got the right items. They accepted responsibility of the mistake and made me a whole other burger and fries. Very clean inside and the staff was very kind, they went above and beyond and I appreciated their gesture. Thank you
Got two meals from wendys. Meal 1 biggie bag and asked for bacon double stack. Double stack missing bacon. Meal two, sweet tea tastes old if not expired. My large frys was less frys than my friends medium frys. Be sure to verify your condiments before leaving the drive through, as we have to now.
My husband and I went to this Wendy's on Friday, June 21, 2024. The food was great, and the service was great. So, that has nothing to do with the 1 star review.
There was a store meeting happening in the dining room while we were there. The reason for the 1-star review is that the manager was telling the crew that if she gave someone a raise, and they tell their coworker they got a raise, she would not give that person another raise in the future, because that was a private conversation. At this point of the meeting, the manager was practically yelling at the employees. A manager telling their employees they cannot discuss their pay is ILLEGAL, and telling them that in doing so, they will not get raises is ILLEGAL. The National Labor Relations Act protects your right to discuss your pay and/or benefits with your coworkers.I am looking into filing a complaint with the regional office and contacting the National Relations Job Board.
One would think that CFA being right next door, this place would get their stuff together. Think again. Joe the cashier needs serious customer training. He also needs to stop up charging customers without asking. Ordered a combo and added a dessert. Then Joe thinks I'm made of money and upgrades my combo out of nowhere! When I check him, he says it's only 30 cents. No, get a calculator. It's 60 cents.
This Wendy’s is absolute TRASH. They can’t deliver basic fast food quality or service. Not to mention when they mess up instead of helping they just argue. Save yourself the headache.
