I stopped by the drive to pick up some small Frosty's and a chicken sandwich. Service was quick and pleasant. The food was prepared well and everyone liked the taste. Customer satisfied means good job Wendy's!
Not sure what happened but this place has fallen apart, similarly to how their parking lot has. The physical gaping holes in the lot now occur inside as well.
Don’t come he often but lately it seems there’s always an issue. There’s always an excuse for the delay.
Today they explained it was “shift change”. How tf is that my problem? It’s my fault for ordering food from here at the specific time I did? Nope. Just incompetent and inconsiderate.
I’ve managed multiple fast food places in a previous life. Yes I absolutely hated it but even as a redacted 19 year old, I managed to keep my store from performing the way this store has.
It's fast food so I'm not expecting gourmet meals, but sometimes the food is cold or barely warm. The manager there is fabulous though, she always makes sure it's beautifully decorated for each season/holiday. I loved their display at Christmas time!
Awesome customer service. Had a friend of mine was very down and I know what tears are up. It's Wendy's, chili and breakfast potatoes, and this is the only Wendy's. Did they just has it ready? Never a problem.
Pulled up to the drive through at 12:54. Nobody would take my order. They still had 6 min until closing time. They shut the lights out on at 12:58. While I'm yelling for someone into the speaker, I ended up pulling up to the window and the lady said according to her clock it's closing time. Then told me her headset was dead. Give me a break people!!!! Horrible customer service. Then tells me she don't need to listen to me. Where I come from, it's all about the customers. This lady needs to be fired!! Her snooty attitude without any apologies or anything, she was just plain rude. Without customers like myself they wouldn't even have a job. I don't even know how this place is still open! I will not be back and I will make sure my friends and family don't go there either!!
The food is fast but out of the half dozen times I've gone here only once did they get my order right. It's always something small they miss like giving me a small fry instead of large or otherwise missing food like not getting my nuggets in a biggie bag or wrong sauce.
Also, you may have to ask for your receipt.
Best Wendy's I haven't had it that good in years. Everything was actually fresh made at this Wendy's and it only took a couple minutes, all the while the drive thru woman was so nice and nice to our dog gave her a nugget too! Thank you! We hope to see yall again soon!
I would give a zero star if I could. There was a dead fly in my all natural lemonade when I went through the drive thru today.
