My boyfriend waited 20+ minutes for our order and he was the only customer in there. The food wasn’t hot or fresh, the burgers were cold and the fries were hard. My sugar cookie was hard and tasted old as if it was made a week ago. The freestyle machine had very little beverage options. My burgers was supposed to come with bacon extra mayo and lettuce. They were out of mayo which was ridiculous and put ketchup pickles and tomatoes on it instead. There was no sauce for the nuggets and my boyfriend asked for sweet and sour sauce but wasn’t put in the bag. The customer service was rube and flat out terrible. Worst food experience ever!!
Ordered a bacon double biggie bag, with mayo, no mustard, Apple Peacan Salad, jr. and another meal. Restaurant claimed to have no mayonnaise or lettuce.
Got back to the office, no salad dressing, no bacon on bacon dbl and cold hard fries.
This place had gone down hill tremendously in the last few months! Spending money to remodel, meanwhile your staff could care less about the quality of food, seems like the priorities are out of whack.
Dude at the drive thru window was super aggressive and unfriendly, forgot the straw and condiments in bag. Why even ask what kind of sauce if you aren’t going to provide? Fries were definitely old and refried. Not worth the money ????♀️
Ordered 2 biggie bag meals and no drinks arrived with my delivery order and my Cinnabon was missing. This restaurant should definitely be one that closes. They have made order mistakes on a lot of my orders over the past few months. The food is cold and they are always out of things. They don’t care about the quality of the food they send out to their customers and they never keep good inventory.
Stopped here on two separate road trips. First time we ended up leaving because people told us they were waiting over 40 minutes for their food. We came today and it took an eternity for our food to be ready. Don’t stop here if you’re actually wanting “fast” food.
First of all the customer serivce was great ! Very attentive employees, my food was hot and fresh !
They’re really out here forgetting all of the utensils and straws, handing out cold fries, and forgetting all of the salad toppings and dressing. Like how are you actually supposed to eat without anything you need to eat? It’s not that hard.
It smells like pee....people are so awesome( sarcasm) even if you go talk to them they don't respond at all.....yall save time and go to other stores while I was waiting in line for 68 hundred years 4 ordered agead of me were messed-up....
