AWFUL. First off at in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. Then the man was super rude. I only wanted a kids meal for my son and I get home and he only put TWO out of FOUR chicken nuggets inside the bag. Whoever was working 12/1/24 at 7:40 pm needs to be fired !!
Good experience! Landon was kind and helpful!! I didnt get the other two people’s names but one was a manager and they were all kind and helpful but i accidentally ordered carry out instead of drive thru and they were all able to help/were kind
I was in good mood it wasn't busy I ask for the biggie bag 5$ plus the 1.20 to make it large I pay I dint want brake a dollar so I gave 25 cents and i said keep the change you know make everyone like easy I'm in the parking lot eating my food when I got close to the end of the fries she put my change that said that could keep was in button of the fries so I when to the drive tru to let young girl that there's change in the fries I wasn't asking for refund I figure maybe it was accidental but then all she says is ok and if there was no apology like she did it on purpose
I told the drive thru I wanted extra pickles that I wanted them to violate my sandwich and they did exactly that !! They gave me extra pickles on the side as well best service and atmosphere I’ve experienced at Wendy’s ????????????????????????
Everything I give Wendy's a chance they can never get an order right, even with nobody in line. Ordered Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers and when I got home, low and behold... I got a bunch of plain old cheeseburgers. Not even worth the drive back but it's annoying that you pay extra and they screw you over every time.
Dinner at 807pm. Worst Wendy's ever. Stood in line for 23 minutes before we were acknowledged by staff (we were 1st in line) They were taking care of drive thru orders. A person from door dash came in to get an order and it wasn't ready either. A person in drive they was told to pull over to the side and the driver came in and said she's been sitting 35 minutes off to the side for her order. Manager made a comment that there was an issue with the French fries and would get to her soon. Well from the time we walked in to the time we got our meals (2 value meals) was 44 minutes. The dining area was disgusting with trash overflowed and fluids on the floor. Don't know if we got food poisoning but 30 minutes later both of us has sever gastrointestinal issues. This location is the worst of the worst.
I dono what happened to everyone else...but we were traveling for metallica concert...and everything here was what was expected of Wendy's, place was clean, staff was polite and friendly, and the food was great
Walked in no one to wait on you was told to use kiosk, Walked out why wouldn't they have something at counter, had to pay at kiosk with card we carry cash
