DO NOT GO HERE WHAT SO EVER!! I ordered my food and drove to the window. The manager gave me my drink with something floating in it. I told her there was something in my drink. She had an attitude and gave me a new one. Then another woman tried to give me a bag of food that wasn't mine. I said that I did not order that. I finally got my bag of food. I looked briefly into the bag and noticed that there was no straw in the bag. I proceeded to ask for a straw. The woman said that it should have been in the bag and rudely gave me a straw. I drove off as I was working and had to get back to work. My food was NOT HOT...I ended up with about 15 French fries and there was NO honey mustard sauce that I asked for. I called and unbeknownst to me it was NOT the Wendy's that I went to. The manager that I spoke to said she was sorry and told me to come back to the store. I went to Wendy's and asked for the woman that I spoke to on the phone. She rudely told me that the manager who I spoke to works at another store. I then proceeded to ask for the manager. The woman who gave me the drink with the foreign matter in it came to talk to me. I told her about my situation..she then asked the coworker if she put a straw ans sauce in the bag...the woman said that I was a liar. I was beside myself. The manager did NOTHING, NO APOLOGY, NOTHING. I hope that corporate reads this. What happened to customer service? Ever since the other manager got transferred out...this store needs to be CLOSED and that manager and worker there now NEED TO BE FIRED!!
Ordered on Wendy's app for carry out, get to the door, door says they are open for carryout, but employee tells me they are not. Now they will not issue me a refund for food I was never given because they don't feel like accepting carry orders even though the app says they can. Essentially they screwed me out of my money and my lunch break. The food i have gotten at other times is barely the Wendy's quality I have come to love. Never going back.
Decided to give this place another chance and I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru just for 3 cars in front of me and then they handed me a cold burger with burnt-black bacon and wrong second item. This is a garbage wendy's.
I ordered online to pickup at drive through someone was in there and wasn’t answering me when I went to pick up why does it show opened and no one responded when I can see someone inside
I understand its minimum wage but do you have to hire people constantly that can't even comprehend to put bacon on a burger.. how are half the things in my order missing/wrong 99% of the time. its 10pm 4 cars in ur line and you cant even handle it or meet ur times( i worked at mc donalds ik how it usually goes) talking crazy out the coms then hiding when i need my food.. it takes no energy to put on the front your supposed to when in these industries and it's honestly sad as a grown man/ new adult to not even be able to handle working at wendys. think ab where ur life is going and do better or else you will die broke and alone. start giving receipts back also!! telling me stuff isnt on my order yet the person who took it had asked which sauce did i want to go WITH THE THING I ORDERED. i totally get it if its busy but cmon it was a doordash and 2 other cars get it together....
This Wendy's on Altamont ave schenectay is a disgrace. Went there they said they had no soda. The lady taking orders was very rude. A older white lady was asking for cream for her coffee and a napkin. The cashier was rude to her saying she only gets one creamer and one napkin. This was at lunch time. All new staff there. But they need to learn how to respect people. Needless to say I didn't order nothing I walked out after I told her about herself.
Put in a mobile order for 6:15, arrive at said time, and my food’s not ready. Ok, maybe because it’s a dinner rush they’re behind. I do my errand, return at 6:40, and it’s still not ready. They ask me multiple times what my order is despite me saying it and it’s on the screen. Food is thrown haphazardly in the bag. Add to that the manager was arguing with a customer when I first arrived… find a different Wendy’s, because this one ain’t it.
I had a $50 order. One Dave's reg cheese burger. One double cheese burger. And a tripple cheese burger. They gave me 3 jr. Burgers and hurried up and tried to make our tripple burger. Then out of three burgers that I paid for, they only gave us one. Then had an additide when I went back. Rude as hell.And the dude in the back cooking didn't have a clue to what he was suppose to be doing.Sad thing is, it happens EVERY TIME we go to Altamont Ave. Wendy's. Get it together night crew! ????
The drive through lady had an attitude from the start. Wanted to charge extra for butter. Just not pleasant.
