Absolutely horrible service. Extremely slow, rude and terrible food. Dried out hamburger patties, old dried out potatoes, old fries, and smells like old frying oil. If I managed this location, I would fire everyone and start over. This location is a disrespect to the Wendy's franchise.
I ordered a classic chicken sandwich. Got to the car took a bite. It was a spicy chicken sandwich, returned it and it took him 5 minutes to give me another sandwich. But I waited for my first sandwich. For at least 5 minit's roll was hard and cold. Cheese. Wasn't melted sandwich was cold and dried out. If you make a mistake on an order, you should accommodate someone and put a little extra in there. And try a little harder. Because that was your mistake, not mine.
For $13.00 I ordered a Dave's single large fries and drink. I understand when a restaurant is slow ,but I was served a dried out hamburger, the buns were stale , the fries were cold and hard! I dont appreciate being served old food just because the servers were bored and lazy and didn't care to serve me fresh food. It was only a few minutes later I discovered this after I left.
Whoever the lady was at the drive thru was VERY! Line was long and I could hear her constantly saying “oh my God”. WTH?! Why was she even at the drive thru?! So once I got up to the window, I asked her what was that all about and reminded her that, that was her job!! She proceeds to tell me that she wasn’t talking to me and that I owed her an apology! I was in disbelief that someone so rude could be at the window, so I drove off and she shouted “ yeah, get the hell out of here”. If I owned Wendy’s she would have been fired on the spot!!
I understand that they were almost closing but I would like to have what i order not a random hamburger, I realize after get to work that they give me other hamburger instead of my Baconator.
Waited 14 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me ordered a Dave's single and small coke they completely missed this up. Instead of the cashier talking on the phone she would have gotten it right . And the other window thought it was cool to flirt with the guy in front of me . Wow its amazing these ppl are going to be getting 15 dollars an hour to care less and mess your order up . 7/22/22 10:10 pm
Terrible. Waited in line 10 minutes. No employee there. Then i just walked away. I heard the oven in the back going off the whole time. It's 50/50 there will even be someone there to take your order. If there is, they'll most likely mess it up. It's very complicated.
Absolutely the worst Wendy’s I have ever stopped at. The staff was very rude to us and any customer around. When approached about the food being cold when getting it we were told we have to buy more if we don’t like it. The burgers were thrown together and poorly wrapped. We personally witnessed an employee for the establishment smoking a cigarette in uniform with their apron still on. The drinks were nasty. The fries looked burned. We just want others to know how bad this place really is.
