Being understaffed is understandable, giving me food undercooked and cold is ridiculous. I got the baconator fries, bacon cold, cheese not even melted, fries cold, I’ll be calling the bank to get a refund because I never got a receipt. I was on my 30 with another 6 hours in my shift.
I arrived at this place after work to buy something to eat, but I first went into the bathroom before ordering my order because I had an emergency. I have a health problem and I can't wait a long time, I asked the young man who attended if he could open the bathroom for me, this guy completely ignored me and he did the same when my husband also asked him to please open the bathroom for me. Just at that moment another employee passes by behind us and tells him that there will be a bathroom for him and the boy immediately opened the bathroom for him and continued ignoring me. After that my husband told him again that we wanted to go into the bathroom and the guy just said to wait outside the bathroom for the person to come out. When the person left the bathroom and I entered, another employee started trying to open the door to enter ????♀️ My husband and I were a little dirty from our clothes because we work in construction, which is probably why this guy ignored us so ugly. I'm sorry for not taking off my work clothes sooner so you could see me better.
No complains. The Double Baconator did not disappoint, although Wendy's IMO has the worst fries amongst fast food joins !!
Edited: Unfortunately, it seems like you guys mess up every time I go in there. If I didn't like the baconator so much I would have stopped going awhile ago !! There was one miscommunication I feel I can take blame for today. I asked for a triple Baconator with mayonnaise on the side. What I meant was on the side as well as still on the burger itself. I like having Mayonnaise and ketchup to dip my fries in. I can see where the manager thought that I meant on the side meant none on the sandwich. I figured this time I would make things easier by saying up front that I want Mayonnaise on the sidek which is somethihng I usually do anyways, except I usually ask for it when I get my meal. I think I'll just go back to asking for it when I get my meal like before :)

Went in today, and they got it all right for a change, course there wasn't hardly anyone in the restaurant lol !!
I ordered mobile take out and they didn’t give me the food I had ordered, giving two completely different breakfast sandwiches. The quality was bad, with the egg having big amount of shell in it, and the potato wedges being undercooked and cold. Not like room temperature cold, colder than that. It also was barely full, may as well have bought a small instead of a large. The person that helped me get my order seemed like she was high on something, was barely able to speak and open her eyes and was struggling to stand up straight. They also had a man passed out on the floor under a booth right by the counter. Haven’t managed to get any refund or credit for the wrong order & nasty food either. Don’t think I’m going to order from here again.
Wow. It's amazing how good the food is especially compared to other fast food chains. It feels like actual restaurant food. Built burger means the works. Do it and thank me later. Also soon they will have the $2 keychain for mini frostys all year. I've got them each year for the last few years. Don't miss your opportunity again thank me at your leisure
Needs better management. When we got there the cashier has worked all day without breaks. There was a new cashier who couldn't take our order because the old till was not counted. She was standing there without being allowed to help, but was friendly. People in line now still waiting to have orders taken. Customers calling out to the 3 workers laughing at the drive through were ignoring the need at the front counter. Customers walking out as no one willing to fix the issue. We ended up ordering through the app, so we can order and pay. When someone with a key to the register did come (new on shift) there was a lot of apologizing, but some customers still ended up leaving as they couldn't fix the issue in a timely manner.)
All I want is to come and visit this place ever. Great atmosphere. Nice service!
Watched an employee walk into the restroom without removing apron - super unsanitary. They also didn’t realize they were out of an item until like ten minutes after we ordered. Gave us a refund and our fries, then forgot about the rest of our order. We had to go back up ten minutes later. Making this note so I remember not to come to this Wendy’s again.
