i went threw the drive thru the girl doing orders with purple hair was rude, i work in restaurant also and you can have bad days and get annoyed serving the public but if you are unable to do the job with customer service requirements then find other ways to work that don't interact with customers.. i ordered spicy chicken meal and it was not worth the cost ,the chicken is not cooked fully and the lettuce was the stem and bad spots, the tomato still had the top green and was white.. normally id make do with what i could eat but pink chicken isn't worth the risk even being hungry! my name is Lesli Grove and i do apology for complaining and normally don't but i as hungry and spent the only money i had until payday on this meal. can i get a refund tomm for this ? i can bring it back if i need to
Not bad. Drive through wasn't the fastest, but that's what you get going in the evening on a weekend when people are eating but don't want to cook. Good food overall. Got the order correct. Fries were eh. Definitely been sitting around a while and or absorbed too much oil.
4 stars because the coke wasn't very good. More carb water than flavor.
Burger was pretty juicy and hot with melted cheese. Fries were a little cold but that was cause I had to drive 10m to park. Burger was still hot when I ate it.
I think I like the Jackson street Wendy's better than McGalliard so far.
Constantly got my order wrong, just now ordered a baconator and wanted only ketchup and bacon for the toppings. Got no bacon on a baconator and all the toppings except what I wanted. Didn't even give me a receipt in the bag to fix it when I saw it 30 minutes later. All the bacon for the baconator on top of the burger
Workers consistently rude, will be missing an item 7/10 times. Usually the fries. Use the extra gas and go to McGalliard or South side if you are craving Wendy's
Clean, friendly and prompt service! Bought the Biggie bag and everything was fresh and hot!
Ordered triple Dave's cheeseburger on January 3rd at the Muncie, Indiana West Jackson Street store about 6 pm. It was obviously warmed up and burned black on the grill and covered in grease and slimy. Couldn't eat it at all.
Came into this Wendy’s and ordered 2 baked potatoes waited 30 minutes before we got our order. Others received their orders. I think it was rude they service door dash before customers that are dining in.
