I got off after a hard day's work and decided I want to sit down and have some nice chili and a frosty. I go to the nearby Wendy's and try to begin my dine-in experience. Automatically failed when the door was locked. I look around to see if there's any signage as to why... No...
I see employees inside. They are working behind the counters apparently dealing with drive-thru customers.
I double check the doors again, they're locked, the hours are posted for 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. I look at my watch again and it's 7:00 p.m. so that's shouldn't be a problem. Big banner out front that says dining room open. Apparently that's a lie.
I'm hungry, I've been driving all day, I want to sit down and rest and have chili and frosty. Banging on the door, hoping to actually speak to someone to ascertain why I am not welcome inside to sit down in a restaurant that obviously has sit down capability and boasts it quite proudly on big signs outside and on the door. When they did look my direction from the kitchen. They quickly looked away to ignore me. Maybe I'm just being a jerk, I don't know but I'm sitting here in the parking lot writing this and guaranteed will not go through the drive-thru. I'd rather go home hungry than deal with this kind of laziness.
Zero stars for food because I never got any
Zero star for service mostly because I never got any, but what I did get was just the brush off
Zero stars for atmosphere because of all the lies posted on the windows and signs out front

Went there at 10:35 on 11/16/24 to pick up a door dash order nobody answered at the drive thru or the window I rolled around to the front of the building to see all3 of the workers sitting together in the lobby on their phone acting like they couldn't see me until they burst out laughing. Then they came to the door and said they were closed with a very confrontational attitude. I sat and watched them let people ride through the drive thru and they only started serving people when the manager saw me taking video of the cars coming through the drive thru. The whole time signs everywhere say the are open until 2 am after I contacted door dash and pulled off which took sometime they started taking orders again.
The food was warm at best, fries was not hot and the overall taste is disappointing. The service is horrible, they act like they didn't want to be there. No hi how are you doing for thanks..... this place has gone down hill. Will not be coming back again.
It’s ALWAYS an issue every single time we come to this location. Mind you we don’t come a lot because of how confused this location seems to be. But now I go through to get two meals, charged for a completely wrong order, wanted it to get refunded and then can’t find the other in the system that you JUST CHARGED ME FOR???? Then I give me card back after being told that I would be charged the CORRECT difference of ELEVEN dollars just to be charged for the full balance of what I should’ve been paid anyway. So then I cancel my order just to be refunded back partial of the second swipe and gotta contact my bank now to get the first erroneous one back. Other than that it’s there’s the nasty attitudes that I didn’t order and just tend to overlook. Yea, this Wendy’s can be missed fr fr ???? Because none of that process made not the first bit of sense ong
Their drive through always takes so long. I spent 30 minutes in the drive through line when I just ordered a sandwich and drink.
Wendys is not known for being "fast", but this is the slowest fast food restaurant.
Late night, 2/17/24, at 1:30am. Awful. I don't understand why the GM/ owner would allow people who hate their company to work there, be all alone there, & in charge there. When people who hate Wendy's or have no respect for Wendy's work there they do the worst job ever, disrespect customers, don't clean, probably use their phones while making food, and close early and get super mad at the last customer for intruding on their closing the store 30 min early.

Wow, so bad. Ordered meals for 4 people. When they gave us our bag all 4 burgers and the nuggets were missing - basically it was a bag a fries. They were very confused by our repeated attempts to explain and it took a while to get our food finally. It was not high quality food at all. Also, there was no ice in the drink machine (which obnoxiously beeped our entire visit) and there was no ketchup in the dispenser. No one seems to care at all. Will NEVER come back here again.
Food cold, ordered two chili's and 2 baked potatoes. Chili was lukewarm only got one potato and it was so cold it wouldn't melt butter. Out of sprite and coke. Drank water, couldn't get my money back for the drink. Not busy, people in front of us walked out,they were in line 15 minutes with no service. Husband waited to get refund for the potatoe and was short changed and had to call the man attention. Over all a nasty place. Don't go there
