So…ordered and paid for a classic chicken and they gave me a crispy chicken (see pics) and then dude showed me something a bit larger than a nugget with black flecks in it that he stated were pepper (?) and said that was a jr chicken. But then said that the jr chicken is the same as the crispy chicken (aka the nugget looking thing) and that the first piece I had (left on my image) was in fact a classic chicken. He then went to the back and brought me out the piece (on the right in pic) and said QUOTE “I gave you the largest one I had in the bin”. It was bigger. It wasn’t fresh. It was barely warm. Who caused this? Was it the owner being cheap? Was it the manager lying? Was it the worker not knowing the difference? And my fries! Literally 14 in the box. No lie. 14 fries. And the bathrooms were nasty. They always, always stink like sewer or dirty mop head but today no paper towel either. Honestly I can’t with this location. I posted a pic of what a classic chicken is supposed to look like.
Food was warm and customizations were exact! Great service at this location. Only downside was that the bathrooms were very dirty.
It was a very poor experience. The order taker/server was very rude when we asked about the menu. When handing the food out he was snappy and had a bad attitude. I get that it's cold outside, but I work at fast food too, you wait for the costumer to hand them their stuff, you don't rush them.
i watch 3 people leave because one of the manger yelled at one work.. the manager december 23/24 needs to be fired i feel strong on that.. depending on time you go you can hear him yell at customers for asking questions
Went through the drive through tonight. Read the review so didt not know what to expect. Wow burger and fries good and staff very friendly. Will go back.
Absolutely terrible always, we keep hoping it'll get better but almost never does. The fries are always hard, old, and to make it worst i pay for a large and the container is never full. Sandwiches taste like they've been under the warmer all day. People inside seem to be having more fun talked and goofing around with one another and not focusing on food quickly what so ever. I genuinely never leave reviews but after 7 years of some of the lowest quality food on the strip I'm fed up. You'd think the company would pay more attention to a location right off i-80. Good thing there are plenty of better places right down the strip. I'd probably have a better experience at the kfc/long jonhs and that place is always closed and or lacking inventory, at least I know to be disappointed over there. Thanks for reading hope you have a better experience than I had.
Bathrooms were gross, tables were gross, the drink dispenser had no ice and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in over a week, it was sprayed with the sticky filth of a hundred different drinks. Part of my order was wrong. The other part was a taco salad I ordered; it used to come with meat, sour cream, some sort of mysterious excuse for guacamole, tortilla strips, cheese, tomatoes and salsa. Mine came with lettuce, somewhere between 10-15 individual shreds of cheese, and hot steaming chili to pour on top of it. WHAT ????????????
The people are nice and it looks like they’re overworked. But you gotta clean up your place, bro. It’s pretty nasty in there.
Fries were old . Was the greasiest burger I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. The store was dirty looked like the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped in days and the doors and windows were dirty. I would not come here again or recommend it
