Thanks so much Jeffrey for all your help coming to our rescue figuring out an Uber eats order. Thank you so much, the customer was beyond happy. You were calm, collected and very polite. I wish every location had employees like you. Again, kudos to you. Jeffrey, you definitely deserve a pat on the back. If you're not in management by now, you should be. You definitely know how to take care of your customers
My big breakfast has worn off and I'm ready for something inexpensive. It was Wendy's to the rescue. My 90 minutes here was pleasant.
The dining room was clean on a Sunday night with no litter and while there was no trash on the tables, the only one next to a power outlet needed a wipe down as there was sticky on it. A few napkins and some melted ice took care of that.
One of the "Biggie Bag" combos with fries, nuggets, a burger and a drink. All were good though as usual the nuggets were not hot. This seems to be consistent across the Wendy's I've encountered lately. I enjoyed several refills of the sugar free lemonade from the Coke Freestyle machine.
Laptop out and plugged in, connected to their wifi. It was quiet enough, the flow of the customers was entertaining (especially the British tourists who had not encountered a kiosk for ordering before) and I left when I was ready.
I like Wendy’s but this one in particular it’s nasty. The food was cold and not fresh at all. The burger was sloppy and had way too much mayo. The fries taste like it cooked in old grease. ????
I paid for 2 double-meat burgers to take away and they gave me a one with 1-meat, and they didn't give me my receipt to complain. How clever of them, it seems bad to me when one pays in full. I think the attention and service is deficient, since they should be attentive to the details of the orders. And the place doesn't seem clean at all. I don't recommend eating there if you're going to make a quick stop.
So with all of this social media buzz about the Krabby Patty meal; I had to try it myself. It's nothing special. Decent burger and as always, great fries. Wendy's will always be my go-to when it comes to a fast food fix. Great service and pretty good employees.
I used to LOVE Wendy's until I waited in line for 1hour and 20 trying to fulfill an Uber run.
Everybody was waiting in line for at least 40 and the end of the line of people didn't receive their food. The manager, I don't know his name but, had a whole bunch of black freckles on his nose and cheeks He told us to pull forward in line say he has the orders. But then because we had mentioned the horrible wait time he told us it's not his problem and that we should cancel it.
This was October 15th 2024 in the early morning. I can guarantee you not only me but my family and Friends will not be eating here. It was a waste of time money and gas.

I seriously think corporate should look into this Wendy's it truly was the worst customer service of all the restaurants in this area. I stayed in line because he said he had those orders ready. So anytime a delivery order for the certain restaurant comes through on our app EVER AGAIN WE will cancel it because we know we could never go through that again.
Unfortunately my daughter is not allowed to eat gluten. Nobody could assure us that the Bacon Cheese Potatoes were gluten-free. Unfortunately, even after I pointed out that the ketchup dispenser was empty, it was not refilled. the service seemed annoyed. It's a shame, because the burgers at Wendy's are very tasty
Avoid. Pulled up after a day at Disney and the person at the drive through happily stated that it was only door dash and uber eats. I argued that I am sitting right here and she refused. What a pointless service never again.
