I love Wendy's and it's the only FF place I go to. The new poster looks like fresh dog kibble to me. Just saying...
I've been to this Wendy's drive through twice in a month and both times they screwed up my order. The first time, they didn't give me one of the burgers I ordered. The second time, they didn't give me the frosty I ordered. Very frustrating. Also, the bacon was severely lacking on the baconator sandwiches both times.
They are sooo generous and their service is superb! Wanted to get the strawberry frosty which they didn’t have on site; took them 2 min to mix it and not just thought they brought it to our table. So sweet of the staff!
It’s an older location that shows its age, but the staff are friendly and the food is fresh.
I'm not reviewing the menu, since it is part of the chain, and the menu is uniform throughout the franchise.
Crew was efficient, my order was taken promptly and accurately.
Spicy Buffalo salad was premade (obviously) but greens were not wilted and chicken was warm - as it suppose to be.
Most people were ordering takeout so restaurant wasn't crowded.
Tables were clean, and I didn't notice any debris on the floor.
Facilities were clean.
One, pleasant surprise - when I ordered frosty, I was offered birthday cake flavor - nice break from usual "vanilla or chocolate"
Overall pleasant experience in national chain.
I will never come back to this Wendy's ever again. I will not be doing Uber deliveries for them. And I will not be purchasing any food.Some of the employees in the managers Do not care about the customer's food ,quality ,Rude rush you out the drive thru .The last straw was today when I got Two orders of six piece nuggets .And they were cold they only gave me one barbecue Sauce. For my order of 12 piece nuggets. I thought they would At least give me two barbecue Sauces. And then the manager told me to pay for another one she charged me seventy five cent for two. That is crazy In the sad thing is, when you tell them your food is cold. They look at you crazy. I am done done done done they Need new management. You can't take people money and give them anything. Now I see were the employees get it from management ????????
messed up my order,unpleasant smell when you walk in,bugs on seats and windows, majority of tables not wiped downlettuce is unfresh,gunk on Windows,horrible experience,very disappointing.
The food was super fresh. The chicken nuggets were fantastic and the service was great.
