I thought this Wendy's was very good to sit down to eat in peace and the service was going to be very good... It's not at all the opposite, they don't have napkins, the soda machines don't have any soda so you lose money if you You buy a combo or soft drinks, they just don't tell you, then when you ask, they come out with a horrible attitude even when the manager is present, in addition to that they don't give you the order as you asked for, they give you whatever they want... That restaurant It looks like a park every day employees playing like boxing and speaking bad words at the top of their voices. There is a Muslim girl who should not work there, making fun of other employees and some clients, she does not represent you as a company... In short, she is totally disgusting, I do not recommend anything... You should send a mystery shopper so they can see how they run that business down. the staff working.
This place is the worst, the food is very bad, they charge you for something they don't have and they still treat you with attitude to make matters worse, the manager doesn't acknowledge that it's bad and tells you that's what there is, they don't have many items but They don't inform you that there is no soda, no tomatoes or lettuce, but they serve you with attitude. No sodas
Caution. I observed workers handling food and money with no gloves. The front counter was not wiped down because it had plenty of juice rings left from cups. Floor was a little slippery. Maybe they were short on staff, but I won't be visiting that location anymore.
Paid 60 dollars an was treated with so much Attitude b4 we even got our food the sodas were practically throw at us they refused to give us our Receipt and our order was wrong when I went in to correct it.They made me feel like I was wrong for saying that they messed up an I didn't receive all the food I ordered the manager was so rude never going to Wendy's again
I can’t believe that’s how much of ???? they gave me ! Never ordering again from this place ! I order through the drive thru !
So if I placed and order and I was 61 cent short could I receive my order? The answer is no, so why is it ok for the restaurant to short me 61 cents because THEY do not have any change? This is UNACCEPTABLE , also after being shorted out of my money there's NO ketchup at this location @ 10am on a Friday . This is unsatisfactory customer service today at this location 12/01/2023
July 17, 10pm we placed a mobile order for BOGO pretzel baconators - 1 w extra pickle & 1 w Onion/pickle. Pulling up to drive thru speaker we were abruptly & rudely told "we aren't taking any orders." We then told her we placed a mobile order and it's already paid and were rudely told "how are we suppose to make orders without any food?!?" Then she asked "what's the name?", we told her and then radio silence... Eventually we pulled to the window and were told they did in fact have our order! Upon getting the order we drove away as we had a long ride (mistake!). Once we decided to eat we discovered that 1.) neither sandwich was pretzel. 2.) neither had extra pickle or onion 3.) BACON ON A "BACON-ATOR" LOL
the food is fresh and it is good. but on one occasion I had a very bad experience. I bought a chocolate frosty for my daughter and inside the chocolate frosty there were many little pieces of an orange rubber, it seems that something broke inside the blender. I went back to the store and talked to the manager and they refused to accept what had happened, they were very defensive. I also called wendys at customer service and made a report on that store and they told me that they were going to investigate and would call me back and they never communicated with me. I just hope my daughter hasn't swallowed several pieces of that rubber????
