Dining area was clean, no one at the counter when we arrived. Waited several minutes for someone to come to the counter. Breakfast menu wasn't visually available. Upon asking I was told night shift hadn't changed it. Chicken breakfast sandwich was cold and was not on a biscuit, but more like a roll. Seasoned potatoes weren't that warm. No ketchup in the lobby container. Employees were never visible the whole time we dined. Another person came in and someone yelled from the back there was a person at the counter. Not the nearest Wendy's. Very dissatisfied.
Food was great , lobby was clean , behind the counter was nasty though . Restroom was very dirty ( no pics) of this mess. Service was not that great , took over 2 minutes to get someone to take order after one of the young men told me someone would be there in just a second , the girl that took my order was friendly and nice but lacked on filling a order , forgot a couple things that go with what I ordered. It is a good spot to stop off the interstate if your traveling, right next to a loves truck stop. I would go here again and give it another try
It was national cheeseburger day and they had an offer for a $.01 junior bacon cheeseburger with purchase. Got me a $1 Frosty and $.01 JBC....what a deal. I felt like it was the 90's again.

When someone orders a sandwich plain, it’s normally for a reason. I love Wendy’s but this location has messed up my plain baconator multiple times. I can’t stomach Ketchup and for awhile even thought I was allergic, today we ordered a plain baconator for me and I get a baconator with no onions but covered in ketchup and mayo. I’m done getting Wendy’s
At 9:40 pm I went thru the drive thru and waited awhile. no one asked me what I wanted so I thought they were busy. I drove around to the window and saw to employees, one male, one female and neither one acknowledged me there or the van behind me which I was assuming was going to order at the window as well. They both walked back-and-forth literally in front of the drive-through window and acted like they didn’t see me. This is not the first time I’ve had a horrible experience at this Wendy’s. There’s no lights that work on the outside including the large Wendy sign that is by the road. The one gentleman that was working had a long straggly beard that obviously should be covered while he’s working with food. I will definitely not be giving this Wendy’s any more of my business!!!!!
It was either a mix of the good company or nice staff but overall it made the whole experience well worth while. Although, the food wasn’t the best and there may have been a few ants crawling on the floors. I had a great time with some great people, that’s all that matters. (P.S. the staff was really nice.)
This is the worst place I've ever been. Its completely disgusting inside so I went to the drive thru and I could smell how disgusting it was through the window. The people was rude and then they didn't get all my food and when Ientioned it they wanted to yell and try to fight. Very unprofessional. I had my 3 kids in the car and just wanted their food. I do not recommend this place at all. 0/5 stars of I could
