Stopped in to get a salad today! Got to work and open it to eat for my lunch, wow they did a great job making it today. Sometimes there is not much in the container when I open it! Fresh and yummy too! The people working the windows and the girl that brought my salad to my girl were all super nice too! Thank you!!!
My experience at Wendy's was utterly appalling. As I eagerly bit into my hamburger, imagine my horror upon discovering a revolting surprise nestled amidst the lettuce and cheese - a long, light strand of hair! Not only did this ruin my appetite, but it also left me questioning the cleanliness and hygiene standards of Wendy's kitchen. This unacceptable incident has left me with a lasting aversion to Wendy's and a stomach-turning memory I'd rather forget. Avoid at all costs unless you have a penchant for hairy hamburgers!
On 11/19 1:50 pm I ordered. Biggie bag Don't it wouldn't be a problem getting a big size drink instead of a small? He said to me.
That it is a combo It would cost extra. So It two drinks 1 big 1 small. And I did say drinks. It shows up on my receipt as drinks. But then he goes ahead and tells me. I cannot have sweet tea. When is sweet tea different from a soft drink? I will not be coming back to this Wendy's. again
I've been to a lot of crappy restaurants but this one might take the cake. Every time I come here it's always a fiasco and the never have half of the stuff on that menu. Well tonight I go through and same thing. Then they don't put my double in the bag. I pull around and tell them. It was a plain with cheese double so should be fresh. We'll when I told him the double wasn't in the bag he didn't say anything and looked at me funny. When I do get it and pull it out it's cold and dry and was thrown straight in the trash. I shouldn't have to go buy other food when I just bought food. Will never recommend this place
Dining room smelled funky. Every surface that could be touched was dirty to some degree. Took 15 minutes from walking in the door to getting my order. My wrap was nearly inedible due to the tortilla being dry and crumbling apart. Ordered large meal, received medium fry.
If I could give a negative star I'd give 5. Worst "fast food" experience I've had at 53 y.o. We go to the dining room and the only person in there is one of the Worker's children. The mom then tells us that the lobby isn't available for ordering and we need to go to the drive-thru. Just lock the door! Then we go through and get cold chili, cold fries, cold sandwich, and no straws. We have marked this exit off of our acceptable stops.
DISGUSTING! Waited 15 minutes for a pick-up order that wasn't even started... literally everything was STILL wrong... for 2 salads! Employees standing around on phones while getting themselves drinks. Multiple people waiting in the lobby also as well as parked cars in the drive-thru. Floor is beyond disgusting in the lobby and moreso behind the counter! OH, AND PULL UP YOUR PANTS MR. PHONE MAN! NOBODY WANTS TO SEE YOUR A$$!!!
I ordered apple pecan salad today. Made statement when I ordered. "Please do not forget the toppings for the saled". Heard a remark when got to windows for my order. " I don't forget anything on my salads" WRONG! I did not get any blue cheese in the salad. This is the 2nd time from this specific location. Someone I guess might need to be retrained on courtesy to customers and reread the instructions on fixing apple pecan salad
