Found a long piece of hair in my loaded baked potato. Definitely wasn’t my hair or my girls. Super disgusting, bad service all around a disappointment.

I put in my mobile order and it was NOT ready when I got there. The order was sitting on the counter and nobody had done anything with it until I finally said something. No one apologized. This appears to be mismanagement. My food was ok, but the fries were old.
I went to Wendy’s on 8/12/2024 at 1:57pm to get a small chocolate frosty. Paid $1.10 received what I thought was a small cup half full. The worker told me it’s a medium cup they don’t have small cups. She told me this after I paid for it. How do they know what is sufficient to say it’s a small amount in a medium cup? I am so disappointed. Fast food restaurants are getting ridiculous. Over them!
Food was delicious!! I wish I could tell you what it was, but it was not our order. We ate every bit of it though and was not disappointed. We even got a bonus soda - we told them we should only receive two, (one with each combo) and kindly told us to keep it. I'll come back again. The food quality was excellent and we're happy we got to try a combo meal we wouldn't have normally ordered and thoroughly enjoyed!
Make online order and click "asap". Drive 10 minutes across town. Wait 25 minutes. Finally get drinks. Their mix was off. Food was good, though.
Ordered large but everything is medium because Candace took our order and RUSHED to finish the order after each thing my husband said. Terrible. Cold fries, poor service and they wouldn't fix it even after offering to pay more. I'll stick to the Wendy's on Broadway. thanks.
Came during lunch rush hour, and even though they were busy, I still was served in a decent amount of time. Friendly staff and food was made to taste good.
The young lady Erica at the front counter had wonderful customer service and was very helpful! I’ve been coming here for years and I have never experienced someone so nice and professional.
