I ORDERED CHILI no utensils, am I suppose to eat with hands. I also ordered a Dave's single and fry without salt.
The bag was ripping apart and the person laughed when I shared the fries had salt and when he gave me the new fries. My bag was extremely grease and you can tell, they actually don't care.
By the score I see why. NEVER will go here, you think because its close to Alpharetta there will be some class but nothing of that nature.

Corporate really needs to look at reviews.

Surprisingly good. For someone that doesn’t have fast food often, I was surprised to get really solid fries and burger. Now did it look like a Krabby Patty or have anything even indicating it was? No, but it was a solid meal
We got the wrong order and didn't realize until we made it home and had to go back to have it fixed. The server actually took the bag back and continued to serve other orders while we waited to get ours. If a customer leaves the premises with an order and return later saying it's wrong. A food establishment should not take the order/ bag back as that's cross contamination!
Cinabon was rock hard. I could have broken my windshield with it. My burger had a ridiculously large amount of ketchup and mayo. So much that I had to open it up and scrape the bun and burger just to make it barely edible. It's a shame how little care is put into the slop they call food, even fast food should be edible. I expected more for $20 than a stomach ache with nothing sweet that I could have possibly digest. Disappointed is an understatement. I'll stick with McDonald's I think.
I there this morning for 2 things. Just some seasoned potatoes and French toast.. I'm giving my order and Sonia the Mgr cuts me off while I'm giving my 2nd order. She raises her voice and I raised mine. I came to the drive thru window. Asked if that was her
She said yes... I told her I need to speak to the Mgr. She said she was the Mgr. I told her she was rude.. she closes the windows and doesn't give me my food... she then opens back up..I asked her for the corporate office number. She says she is not giving it to me. I asked for it again. I told her I would look it up.. I told I see the cameras. I hope it's being recorded. She said yes.. I said good... I told her she needs some training and she kept calling me BABY. I started recording on my phone, which I should have done from the beginning. But once I told her I was. She gave me my food. Rude and unprofessional. I shouldn't have to record at all. Her customer service is trash. She was like it's only 2 of us. I said ok.. I wasn't complaining about that. It's too early in the morning for rude behavior..
I'm not much for fast food, but the food from this Wendy's is always fresh and well made. They've never gotten my order wrong and the staff is friendly.
After waiting for several minutes for my order to be taken I decided to go somewhere else. At today's food prices I have little tolerance for poor service.
DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. they tried to over charge for food when caught doing this they got an attitude about the refund. Went in to get a soda and the manager was saying nasty things in Spanish (she had no idea I spek Spanish fluently). THEY CONSTANTLY SAY MEAN THINGS ABOUT OTHER ETHNIC GROUPS THAT ARE NOT HISPANIC. The regional manager for this store called me personally she's also Hispanic and tried to blame me for going to buy a drink in this 100 degree heat. I REPEAT THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS SO DO NOT EAT AT WENDYS.
