I’m a hospital manager in the area and need quick service and good food on my quick breaks. I just love the employees here! Always so friendly and helpful! Especially a woman named Natasha(?) she runs the drive thru, she is amazing! I’ll keep coming because of the friendliness and kind personality she displays every time! Let me tell you, Lee the guy that took my order 10 mins before they were closing was so amazing. He’s the definition of luxury customer service. He went above and beyond, I am lost for words. I am so grateful he showed me grace and was patient with me. Thank you for your customer service and the perfect meal you made for me. I know it’s just Wendy’s, but your customer service was TOP TIER! I go here because of you. Thank you
Went to this location a couple days ago. The employee was super nice! He asked if I would take a survey so I did and gave a 10 out of 10 review then opened my bag when I got to work and it was the wrong order. Honestly, that wasn't a big deal. I was willing to look over it since the guy was so nice. However, I went tonight and got there at 11:42pm and there were two cars in front of me in the drive thru and I was told the location was closed but the website says they don't close till midnight and they took two people in front of me. I could understand if I was the first person they had seen for the past hour but I was at least the 3rd they had seen in the last 10 minutes. They employee that was so nice is the only reason this isn't a 1 star.

Is it just me or has their small size Frosty shrunk? I admit it's been a while since I've ordered one. Is that what a small drink looks like now, also?
Been a Wendy customer for years - If you do not have the staff to open the lobby for breakfast please put a sign up saying drive thru only or lobby closed. Geez. Truck does not fit thru the drive thru… I have called before and the phone was off, as in disconnected at the source. Terrible way to market a national brand.
The lady working the drive through on 7/16 at 7pm was INCREDIBLY rude. She cut us off while we were ordering and we were not done and when we tried to add them on at the window she completely ignored us. I usually love coming here but the last few times people have been so so rude. The fries were cold and soggy
Had a very pleasant experience this evening at the drive thru - I think the gentleman I spoke with around 7pm may have been the manager, and he was very upbeat and friendly!
Also, I feel like Wendy’s fries have stepped it up a lot - better than McDonald’s fries.
We stopped at Waukesha store on Moreland for lunch. We went inside and the store was gross. Tables have bot been cleaned in awhile. The floor was sticky, like it has not been mopped in a long time or swept up. Old food on the floor. Must of had a leak from soda machine, soda still on floor by seats. No paper towel in bathroom. Food was ok. Not hot by any means. Have to say, would not go back. Maybe management should tell employees to start cleaning I stead of standing around.
