12 bucks for a meal with fries with no salt that are cold and a spicy chicken sandwich that has a half of piece of lettuce on it. No wonder no one likes Wendy's anymore
We went on Thursday around 4:30 to grab a quick dinner since we had errands to run. I had my two kids, and from the beginning, the staff was so friendly.
The store was super clean, the food was quick and seemed very fresh. Throughout our visit the gentleman came and checked on us and talked to the kids.
We came back after our errands through the drive thru, because the kids wanted a frosty... the guy recognized us and was very kind!
I asked for hot I don’t know if that means our old or what but you take your chances buying food here after 11 o’clock at night, restaurant looks like it’s dead. No lights on the outside. Wendy sign not lit up. Only way you really know that this restaurant is open still is because there’s people in the drive-through.
Going the extra mile to make fresh hot food could really make somebody’s day. Room for improvement. I come back every couple months just to see if it got better yet.
Ordered the asiago chicken sandwich unwrapped it and it was beyond overly deep fried, and I cut it open there was yellowish green under the layer of the breading. This is not acceptable!!! No strawberry frosty, the store said they do not participate. Signed hungry in Phoenix
If you like wendys food, you'll like this store. Atmosphere....large windows creates a bright open space. Service is not with a smile or very friendly. Screen hanging from ceiling in front corner is

Food was hot. 4 stars for service because the girl at the register was on the floor sorting through something? Said it would be a few minutes. Upon entering I was greeted by "Shonnie" who was in the dining room cleaning up a table. A few minutes passed and Shonnie again was the actual person who took my order. So actually Shonnie deserves 5 stars. The other girl was still on the floor after the order was taken. The restaurant seating area was clean. The woman's bathroom needed some tidying up.

I did an online order like I always do. Came to the drive thru and #1 employee whomever was on the other end speaking couldn't understand my name shane. He Rudely told me to come to the window then the #2 employee handing food out told me my total. I told him I did an online order my name is Shane. He then went and maybe grabbed the manager not sure he didn't seam like a manager but the #2 employee told #3 employee aka manager in spanish idk what this foo wants. I then told #3 employee the situation and showed him my email receipt. He's tells me my order never came through the system and he can't do anything about it call for a refund. Even though I showed my email receipt guess that means nothing i got nothing. So after 10 years of coming to this location it was the worst experience and will NOT BE RETURNING thanks to the 3 amigos working that day. This place has slowly been getting worse over the years this was the final for me oh and on the refund still hasn't gotten back to me so I got no food and out $30.00 thanks!
The coffee is great, just a little cold but good tasting. Egg bacon cheese and potato isn't as good as I hoped. I enjoy CNN News on the TV. Inside the cafe it's a little too cold.
Worth coming back to!
