I don't usually take the time to write out a review for fast food. But this is the closest Wendy's to my home. One thing I noticed is that they are always very busy and still manage to keep the line moving. The quality of the food for me was always fresh, and I usually go there for lunch or an early dinner on the way home. Personally I have had consistently nice quality and out quickly. As for the people leaving one star reviews, they should probably learn to give people grace. The employees at this Wendy's are always working their hardest and this is a reliable go-to food spot for us in the area when we don't want to try a new nice place or eat in at home. Thank you and my family greatly appreciates all the hard workers!
Got a 7 dollar biggie bag with a double bacon burger and large fries with should of been 5 or 6 spicy nuggets and only got 4 regular nuggets but paid for the up charge 9.22$
I'm pretty sure this is the worst Wendy's ever. No ice in the dining room, most of the soda flavors were empty, the ketchup containers were empty and the cups to put it in were almost empty( the handful that reamined were stuck to the bottom of the tray), couldn't find a clean table, and flies were all over the dining room. My order was wrong, and I had to go back to the counter 3 times! Don't even bother here or just leave hungry and have eat again someplace else.
I have come to enjoy the option to order just the large all-beef patties By themselves at a low price of $1.79 each.
Other fast food joints charge for a complete meal if you order just the beef patties.
Johnny's in Edmond, Oklahoma, said their beef patties by themselves are $11.49 ea. Braums is the same. So they can keep their overpriced beef patties.
My family likes Wendy's. Dave's #1 is typically what my mother orders, along with either a Strawberry lemonade or a chocolate frosty. She's 87, and she tells me she is old enough to order all the sweets she wants. ????????????
My children like Wendy's Chicken Club, just like it comes.
Wendy's has been around for a long time, selling good food at reasonable prices.
We are happy to have a new Wendy's on Waterloo Road just west of I-35 in Logan County, Oklahoma.
The store on Broadway in Edmond, Oklahoma, was struggling with finding good help. We used to enjoy it years ago.
Try the new Wendy's off Waterloo Road. It's clean and the service is excellent!
I was there tonite. Your window service people are rude, and don't even know how to say "thank you". Does our patronizing your restaurant essentially pay them or not. Would they have a job if there were no customers?!??
The fries were old & dry. Won't be going there again. Wendys site does not even offer a way to contact them or leave feedback.
BY FAR WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!
Not only do these smooth brained employees not follow directions, but when confronted with their mistake, they turn around and DO IT AGAIN! No apology… actually I was asked to pay for the redoing of their mistake!
No ears (or anything between them) in this joint. Wow.
Pros: salads, good prices
I went through the drive through and ordered the Parmesan Caesar salad $7.10. The service was efficient. The salad was fresh and the chicken was tasty. Good lunchtime option. I would pay more for bigger portion.
Like most fast food it can either be a hit or miss. I have had some orders and experiences be great while others were not so much.
