Went here at 10am for breakfast they was already picking up for lunch. Got mad because I ordered breakfast anyway. Had to wait then they bring me cold fries and a cold sandwich. I mean very cold. But I thought breakfast was over at 10:30am. All this happened last Sunday. I threw everything away. Horrible
Me and my family went to this fast food resteraunt and had to wait 10 minutes for our food after they made us pull up from the drive through and told us they would bring out our food. The food was ready on the counter when we went in and the food was then cold. When we finally got our food, they forgot the wrap. So we had to go back inside and complain to get the wrap even after waiting the 10 minutes. Never coming back again.
Awesome staff even with a long line they pumped the food out quickly and had a smile on their faces. Hurricane Francine had just went through 2 days earlier and I couldn't have been more happy with the service and attitudes of the employees. Eastside Wendy's Houma La y'all are AWESOME.

They have good prices but there's always something missing from my order and I have to circle back or I have to pull up for them to bring it out to me

Thought it was supposed to be FAST FOOD?? NOT can u plz pull up to the red bars... sick OF " FAST FOOD" RESTAURANTS ALWAYS ASKING TO PULL UP, WELL WHAT IS FAST FOOD IF YOU GOTTA PULL UP & WAIT!!!! SLOW FOOD, SLOW WORKERS, PROLLY SHORT HANDED!! HIRE SOME PPL!!

$17 for a baconator combo no flavor hardly any bacon. If I gotta pay that much for a combo they should at least put some bacon like the picture. I would of gave it 0 stars I remember why I don't go to there.
Don't go to the Drive-Thru they don't give you your total until you pull up the window, if you're paying with card they don't give it to you at all. They also don't give you the receipt. I was up charged for a special that was a special but I was charged regular price. They will give you the wrong size drink or the wrong drink entirely. Is better to go inside because I drive through sucks.
I haven’t been to this location for over a year because of poor service and employees with bad attitudes. I went there today in hopes that all of that changed but I was wrong. The restaurant was practically empty, there were at least 4 employees that I saw including what I thought was a manager working.
I ordered the Cobb salad and a drink, the manager seemed snippy and irritated that I said I had a coupon and wanted to scan my app for points, she scanned my app then she said it didn’t work (shocker) so I asked for receipt,I took my food and sat down.
After a few bites of the salad it tasted like the lettuce was freezer burned and even with the dressing had a very bland flavor and soggy texture.
I ate half, got up and threw the rest in the trash.
Never again.
