This was a tough visit, due to high expectations! The facility was dirty, every table, chair and floor! Disgusting! The Assistant Manager stayed behind the counter as people trickled in, joking around with the staff, but never managed to make it out to look around! As the Manager was leaving, she motioned for some cleanup to begin and "Ryan" jumped right in! Only the table tops, but it was a start! This is a new building from a previous fire, so, we expected to see a brand new building, clean and beautiful! "Ryan" was at the counter and I must say, a spectacular asset to this business! He greeted each person and couple that walked thru the door and highly efficient at his job! Impressive! The food was good with perfect temperatures and quite appetizing! Nearly all the patrons that "ate in" decided to go outside onto the patio.....what a great addition! We'll give them another try in the future and will update the cleanliness!
Staff were short/borderline rude during my drive thru order. From the moment they started taking my order until I drove off. I live ~45 minutes away and stopped to get some sauced nuggets while I was down in liberty. The honey BBQ sauced nuggets are my favorite and I get them all the time back where I live. Normally the nuggets are actually "sauced" and really good. This time at this location everything fell short compared to the Wendy's back home..
Ordered delivery. Driver waited for 40 minutes to get the order (somewhat on them - I'd have been questioning where the order was after 5 minutes) and the order arrived with almost nothing right. Burger wasn't pain, drinks the wrong size, missing nuggets and kids meal, salad with no dressing or croutons. Beyond that, the food was not hot as one would expect if you have to wait. Restaurant didn't answer the phone and corporate customer service puts you on hold forever.
Ordered a taco salad that comes with a small chili and an extra small chili. Only received one. Lady was snippy, saying it’s in the bag. I again said I get 2, one with the salad and I paid for another one. She shut the window and it was obvious she still thought I was trying to get a free one. She handed it to me & said here is your chili u want. I PAID for the chili. The manager Samantha was standing there cold and not caring. I usually receive 5 star service and am very complimentary almost every time I go. This time was new faces and really bad customer care. I get to work and realize the 2nd chili I had to ask for was almost all juice. I called and requested a refund. Several days later and still no call back to give me my refund or a new chili.
The food has always been good. But it's always too cold to eat inside, and the patio tables are usually gross. With dried ketchup and food in the grate of the table top. Also, the employees always come smoke on the patio, even right next to customers. As an asthmatic, this is a problem. They need to go out back or further from seating to smoke. We usually order to go for this reason
The food is always amazing from this location but the attitude and atmosphere was completely off the rails. They made it known that it was annoying that they had to work and even change stuff on the sandwiches for our children. I suggest a new staff.
Overall , it was an experience that will stop me from returning to the establishment. Across the board, all sodas were unbalanced between carbonation & syrup. It was difficult to communicate with staff & staff seemed highly disinterested in getting the order right as they continuously ignored our questions, assuming that we were done ordering when we hadn't even placed the order yet. The actual food tasted as if it had been sitting under a warming light longer than allowed by law.
