I ordered my food through the app but had no idea how long the line was. I waited over 20 mins to reach the window where I sat for another 4 mins. I didn’t open my food until I got home. I started too eat the fries and something stringy was in them so I dug deeper and found a sticker in them. I live 10 mins away and the inside was closed by then so I called and was told that they don’t have stickers with the days of the week on them and when I asked for the manager they hung up on me and didn’t answer again. I don’t know if im more disgusted with the service or the food. Shame on you night crew 10/14/24
I have dietary restrictions so I always eat at Wendy's in Columbus, N.C. & it is always perfect so I thought I'd go here while having to stay with a loved one in the hospital. I came here at least 5 - 10 times within a two week period. Each visit, I had to wait. At least 15 minutes each time. Food was wrong despite having to wait almost every time. They seemed very unorganized. Chili wasn't correct, several times. You can tell the recipe wasn't followed properly. Not sure what they have going on in this location, if they didn't served baked potatoes, I wouldn't have continued to return. Very beautiful location, lousy service. Baked potatoes were good tho. & it seemed like the lobby was locked a lot too.
Used the app. Waste of time as I still had to pull over and wait for the drinks of all things. Got home and the fries were stone cold, Diet Dr. Pepper was like water, and all sandwiches were wrapped the same with no marking to identify what was inside. The burger was obvious, but for the other 2 they were chicken sandwiches and one was spicy. No obvious indication of which was the spicy one. We used a knife and cut one to see and we ultimately guessed. Gave it another go and this time went inside. It was a long wait and they left off one extra cheese slice. I would say use the app for the discounts and rewards but don't expect the food to come any faster or more accurately.
Service and food was good, but the lobby is filthy with trash, food and other things.
The burgers always taste old and dry. I've been here at least a few times to give it another shot but each time the food is the same just old and dry. Sometimes the fries are fresh but not always. The customer service isn't great either.
This place is so inept they can't handle two separate orders at the drive thru. They need customer service training desperately here. I made sure corporate knew about the poor drive thru experience I had at this location. Folks don't want to work anymore. They lazy! Go to another Wendy's this one is terrible!
Only got one of the two 10pc nuggets we paid for and both drinks were flat. Nuggs were tasty and staff were friendly, but I’d like to get the food I paid for! (On the plus side, it’s like dieting, right?)
Very, very horrible service, we came around nine or 10 PM and for some reason the manager was at the window and he was super mean to us we asked for ranch, he threw mayo packs at us, he also charged us more than he was supposed to, he also gave us the wrong food, we ordered some chicken nuggets, regular and he for some reason gave us some buffalo sauce chicken nuggets. Overall a horrible experience. do not recommend even if you are starving.
