I’m so upset! Stopped by to grab lunch for work later and opened up my salad to see they gave me some REALLY OLD CHICKEN??? Should I not eat it? Should I eat it, get sick & sue? Hard choice honestly.
AND they forgot the bacon! I seriously could’ve been ok if the bacon had been in there but now I’m mad.
Never coming to this Wendys again.
Thank you to all the Wendy's employees at the Winter Park, FL. location we are from out of town (Michigan) I'm town visiting family. We needed a quick lunch before heading out with my entire family of 10 for holiday activities. We all decided on Wendy's and I'm so glad we did! From the moment we walked in the holiday spirit was every where the atmosphere was amazing! The staff helped us choose the best meals for quality and budget friendly for all of us! And the General Manager Margaret was just amazing even though the store was jammed packed she came around and helped us set up an area and helped us with highchairs and booster seats and when our food was ready she hand delivered it to our table! Thank you Margaret and the Wendy's crew!
Cashiers couldn't care less about Customer experience. Asked if the pineapple frosties come swirled, was told we could mix them ourselves. Showed the same associate the picture of what we were expecting, she said "I meannn..."
What a joke.
As someone who orders from this Wendy's at least once a week due to the convenience of it being close to my job, I cannot understate how much I dread coming to this location. No matter what I've ordered in the drive thru, I've 100% of the time been asked to pull forward or park and wait for someone to bring my food to the car. On top of the wait, the cashiers have all been less than courteous and my food is never hot when it finally does come out.
I am writing this review solely to point out how wonderful Patty was, from the second she greeted us at the register to the time we left. Just so helpful and kind. She instantly brightened our night! Otherwise, this location is good. I generally receive good service, don't usually wait too long and the food has never been bad. The dining room is cute. But Patty was just awesome.
I actually like the AI ordering feature as it was more pleasant than the employees who don’t even greet you and then throw your food out the window at you. Also they can’t even be bothered to fill the fries. I got a medium fry less than half filled.
This happened on Sunday, October 12th 11:58PM. I go to this Wendy’s fairly frequently. When I arrived, no one was in line. I was trying to order using the automated system and attempted to order a double stack biggie bag. I was informed that there were no burgers by an employee. I continued with the rest of my order, so I ordered two spicy chicken sandwich meals. I was asked if there was anything else, to which I replied that I needed a moment to ask my friend to confirm their order. I was told very harshly to "hurry up because there were people waiting". A car had just pulled in behind me. My entire interaction with this person was no longer than 5 minutes, but I left feeling incredibly disrespected. Especially since I'd demonstrated nothing but respect to your employee. I decided to leave as I felt belittled, and clearly, I was not welcome. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future customers.
Today I was denied my FREE Honey Buddy Chicken Biscuit, although the Orlando Magic hit 11 3-pointers last night vs the Heat at Kia Center. Nowhere on the promotion does it state that you need to present game ticket or even be in attendance of the event. I hate to believe in this day and age prejudice behavior amongst people in positions of power exist, but unfortunately that’s what I believe my girlfriend and I were met with when she was forced to PAY for her FREE Chicken Biscuit even after purchasing a coffee as the promotion states.
