One of the few places in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood where you can have a decent meal at an affordable cost. The service is decent. I love the breakfast meals, but coffee isn't great. The restaurant often has a lot of trash lying around, but that's not entirely the management's fault.
I ordered a cheeseburger and fries, but received something completely different. The food was cold and had been sitting around for some time. The uber drivers complain that they are being ignored. Does this photo look like a burger and fries? Four uber drivers tried to pick up the order. Finally, I received a box of garbage.
Store is horrible very nasty there is food all over the floors ….where u go get your soda is very nasty and sticky everywhere ….dinning area look horrible ….ppl working there are all young and very immature…..
Is the worst place where i recommed You come to eat the only one kind and helpful was the bodyguard the whole place is a place nasty people Rude, they have no attitude at all to serve a customer, they look at you as if you were asking for free food and the food they serve you is all burnt, not to mention that I waited 37 minutes for them to give me my order and when I asked the manager he rudely gave me my order
Manager Ray does a great job of keeping this location together. It's difficult in Center City. Very few fast-food chains left. This one stands out above the rest because it's managed so well.
First two time was okay. Third time got an undercook/raw chicken sandwich around lunch time afternoon 1:40pm.
Since I ordered on the app, I can only get refunded through the app and corporate. Did not receive anything as some sort of apology for using their app to order, going there for pick up (and returning the item), missing a lunch, and will have to wait to get my refund.
If i could rate 0 i would, place was absolutely disgusting! I should have been paid to eat there . Everything was cold the place was filthy the young ladies working could nit have been more rude especially the young lady with the red hair. The fact she is still employed there shows the negligence of the managers and owner. I never leave bad reviews i just hope people see this before they go so they dont
I’ve never written a review but with how my visit went today at this Wendy’s, I have to! We’ve gone to this Wendy’s a few times and it’s almost gotten worse every time. Sticky floors, there are workers behind the counter just standing around and painfully slow service, no urgency! The best part was wanting to change my Dave’s Single to a double during my ordering process requiring a manager. Cashier called the manager Brianna over just for her to look at us and walk away. After five minutes of waiting I just said that it was fine and we can just wrap up the order. By that time the manager came over, cashier tells her, “I was calling you to come over” and her manager replies with, “I know” and proceeds to ignore her. Truly, I’m shocked at this lack of care from management and this lack of urgency to run an efficient business. We will never come back to this Wendy’s again!
