This visit was for lunch and I truly appreciate when fast food restaurants keep it “fast” and “fresh” for rush/lunch hour! These were the freshest fries I’ve had from a Wendy’s in quite a while. Delicious food, perfectly presented, perfect temperature. Thank you!
Very welcoming place. I've been here quite a few times. My kids enjoy it a lot. The staff is amazing. They're very caring food's good too made fresh. It's a little busy at times but it's good overall
Worst breakfast I've ever had in a fast food place ordered sausage egg on English muffin. Muffin tasted a week old served an egg white have no idea where that came from and potatoes on a cardboard box. Threw out 3/4 of the whole mess it wax terrible. My wife croissant was no better except the bacon was crisp that was the only thing done right. Wendy should be ashamed serving food like this. Would have said something but didn't want to upset the young servers never saw a mgr
We are traveling...stopped at this Wendy's...love Wendy's...ordered 2 medium frostys they said $6 something at first window...lady says we're out of medium cups would you like small or large...been in the customer care service over 30 years...so we said large...she than re rung up as two large..came to window says that will be 10.60..correct me if im wrong but we should have gotten the up size for the quoted price at the speaker ?? She than had another employee try to understand what we were saying..needless to say we left without my dang frosty ..where did customer service go?
This trip was terrible. I ordered the new pretzel baconator meal double; a $16 dollar value meal. Look at the sandwich? This is ridiculous. Looks like it's half off the sandwich as in this was a single, not a double; ordered made incorrectly. Look at the sandwich i was served.
Time of purchase 8:30PM Sat, Oct 1st 2022 The entire order was not made correctly. Every burger was missing ingredients. And poorly put together. I've had Wendy's from here several times. And have always thought highly of this specific Wendy's but the performance lacked. I even tried to call the store with not one answer. Tried the fries and they were cold and stale. Please fix this as I really don't want to write more than one bad review.
Order didn't even come with a receipt.
This visit we needed a quick dinner choice with a salad option. Wendy's new Biggee bag options were perfect for me. My wife enjoyed the taco salad. I didn't want to wait 15 minutes to get through someone else's drive-thru that's allegedly fast food and come home with cold food. Our location is always on point and the breakfast choices have expanded to include a burrito. I'm never disappointed and in my opinion their fries are some of the best. Great job delivering on something like a quick dinner for a hungry guy and his gal.
The wrap sandwich was pretty clutch NO, perfectly clutch ,left us wanting to go back to Wendy's from now on Great service way to go Dave ????
