Drive through lady was rude and kept cutting me off while speaking. I only specified 2 things in my order, one being no unions and two being some ketchup packets. Got home and my burger had unions and I did not get any ketchup. If the lady would be quiet maybe she would have got the order right instead she kept constantly interrupting and cutting me off.
First time coming inside instead of drive thru and it was horrible. My order was wrong, rude management and food was not hot. I spent well over $60 for my family of 7 just for it to be poor quality of food and service.
REALLY WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS THIS RIDICULOUS . I ordered through the drive-through and ask for fresh fries and nuggets for my son meal. I paid for my food. The lady in the drive-through pull me up now me knowing how long food takes to cook. I have before worked at WENDYS so I know how they run stuff When the food sit there too long they post to throw it away. To finish what I was saying, she pulled me up. I walked in to ask for a cup of ice water as I’m walking in one of the workers is walking out to give me my food so I check my food and noticed that the fries are not fresh. As I’m walking up to the counter, one of the employees is dumping fries back into the fryer that had already been sitting there cooked. This was so unbelievable that they would actually Cook food and since you want it fresh that means they throw it back into the fryer. So I asked the manager, which is standing right there is this what y’all do at WENDYS she say I will fix your food again we don’t do that. I said ma’am he’s dumping the fries back into the fryer. He need to throw it away now he ended up throwing it away,Ridiculous. Will never go to this WENDYS again. I also have a video if there’s any questions please feel free to reach out.
Food was cold, they ran out of most drink flavors, and staff seemed to just be there for a paycheck.
Ok, so I stopped in here for “dinner” and found something that looked good. It’s the New Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap. Probably a little more healthy than the Baconator. So I chose that. I noticed there was no price given for it but since all the other meal deals were mostly the same I didn’t think twice. They have medium and large, so I chose medium. I also got a Jr. cheeseburger . Imagine my surprise when the total came to $14.48! No, I figured everything would have ended up to be $10, but this surprised me. It’s a decent enough wrap and was good. BUT, I may have chosen something else if I saw the price to begin with. I can’t imagine how my the Large would cost. Post your prices, it’s not that hard.
Restaurant was clean, and empty. Probably because everyone was at McDonalds a few spots down. Good food, and I’ll come back, but be fair to the other customers, post ALL your prices.
1. I waited in along line which wasn’t the problem.
2. 11:00pm they turned off the frosty machine :(
3. No lemonade.
4. No ice for my sprite.
5. I paid 27.78
All this wasn’t even really the problem because we had no lights after the hurricane. And we were starving!!!!!!
Them BOOMMM! I get home after my daughter looked thru the bags and I have half MY FREAKING ORDER!
Pretty disgusting. Almost threw up while eating fries and the burgers are super greasy. Drinks taste old. Would not recommend
UPDATE! 2-4-23: Monitor your card statement closely after buying from there, they have a POS working there that steals your card information and will steal from your account especially close to busy holidays.
UPDATE! quality of service has gone down the drain severely! They have gotten my order wrong 5 times in a row. I use to love this spot hence my detailed review back in 2017(see below) but now I will go to them on my lunch(30mins) only to get to work to find my order wrong... even if I checked before leaving Wendy's I won't have time to had them fix it. The point is when showing me the right order on the screen at the drive-thru only to eff it off by the time it gets to me Monday on this week was my last time going there I am done. I also didn't want salt on my fries and wouldn't have had a problem waiting a little bit but nope I got undercook fries instead...
I attached two news photos this wasn't even a burger I ordered but decided to eat it and take that loss... first bite, as you can see a damn paper from the cheese or whatever. Had no choice but to go to them after work.
I just had some Wendy's on 9.26.17. Let me tell you! I felt like Spongbob Quit the Krusty Krab, left Bikini Bottom, relocated to the great state of TX, and got hired on at this Wendy's I went to and made my meal. That's the only explanation that makes sense don't debate me either, that meal was too Good! And that Sweet & Sour sauce was imported from the finest Jellyfish in the jellyfish fields of Bikini Bottom... aged and fermented just right for that sour taste! Somebody else please tag Wendy's. I even wanted to leave a tip, sadly I don't walk with cash.
P.S and my burger looked just like the one on the display menu!!
