I guess I should have read the reviews before I stopped. It was a bad experience. Everything was cold. Fries, burgers, and nuggets. I believe they gave us cold food because two of the workers wanted to leave. When I pulled out of the drive thru and parked in the parking lot, 2 of the workers went in the dumpster area and was in there for about 7-10 min. It discussed me to see them go hang out in the dumpster area and then go back inside to work. I will not be back. I will say the drive thru ladies were nice.
Worst Wendy's I've ever seen. Went through the second drive-thru lane that says open anytime only to get bypassed by every car in the 1st lane. Pulled around and went inside to order and tell the girls working that I wasn't acknowledged. Didn't bother to notify anyone after I told them. I had to repeat my order 4 times to the girl working the register. Then I waited to only get the wrong order. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and a jr. bacon cheeseburger. They gave me some mushroom burger and a baconator. I even asked them before they handed me the bag if this was my order and they confirmed it was. I knew it wasn't but had wasted enough of my time at this train wreck of an establishment. Last time I'll ever eat there.
Ordered the new pineapple frosty, could hear them say at the drive thru window "that's supposed to be pineapple." "well just add a little on top" So I got a vanilla frosty with a tiny dot of pineapple because they were too lazy to remake it. No one was behind me in the drive thru and the restaurant was not busy. It was just a jerk move.
Service at this location has been rough since it opened. This was the final straw. Too many new places opening near by to waste money here.
Ordered a taco salad in the drive thru, I got it and the lettuce was all soggy and brown it looked very old. I figured I could go back just to get a better salad base. I went inside and the lady went to grab me another one I checked it before I left and that one was way worse!!there was white mold on the lettuce and there were black pieces of lettuce I commented that and the lady was beside herself and was huffin and puffin and told me to give her a second and she’ll cut up some fresh lettuce as she was walking away she turned back around to say “well lettuce is never going to be perfect “ with an attitude as if I was the problem! She then proceeded to walk away. I decided to leave both rotten salads on the counter and walk out.
100% do not recommend eating any salad from there unless you want food poisoning.
Absolutely unacceptable, girl out front dancing for tik toks. I asked her.
Fried were cold, service was non existent. Just what I’d expect from a Wendy’s manager. Do better.
1. the music doesn't need to be so damn loud. When the person taking the Order can not hear the person ordering it's too loud. When I can not hear my spouse literally sitting few inches from me, it's to loud.
2. We ordered at 7pm. There was no sweet or unsweetened tea. Not even In the drive thru. I asked if they were making some and they said no, they took the urns back to be cleaned. So they'd probably be out for the night. I don't drink soda, so that was awesome. And they broke down the ketchup area also.
3. Both our crispy chicken blt sandwiches were barely warm. My fries were cold. I ordered chz fries and got some shredded chz just thrown on top. Not even melted. Nuggets were barely warm.
We watched 3 employees literally were walking back and forth and around not doing anything at all. Except walking back and forth and around.
This was the 1st time coming in in the evening. Night shift does not have it together. Unorganized, selling old, dry food from under the warmer. Drive thru lady was working her butt off. With very little help. We were surprised at the lack of proper service at this place. Drive thru people were bringing their food back in to get it fixed. It was an odd 30 minutes being there. I mean this is the south and you break down the teas by 7pm. What restaurant does that?
Will never go back unfortunately.
Felt like the playground they took from my childhood was behind the counter.. Every surface of the dining area was filthy and they weren't even busy.. Seems joking around is more important to them than being professional or welcoming in appearance.
Went through drive through @ a little after 10:40was asked to pull forward for fresh fries. Came out with our three meals and the fries were hard not fresh or hot and I’m assuming was sitting in the warmer. Thank Wendy’s team . Money we could have spent on a quality meal. Hope your drive time was where you guys needed it.
