Absolutely the worse Wendy’s I know !!! There were flys all over the establishment and on food items being prepared.I asked for a refund they refused and then proceeded to call cops because they didn’t want to give .once police arrived they gave me a refund and filed for trespassing papers for me and my friend .when we were on the phone with corporate the whole time and did nothing wrong to cause that .I left very frustrated today ,but it’s okay I wouldn’t want to buy from the unprofessional establishment again anyway!!! There’s also a picture of a fly on the lettuce the same fly that was harassing my toes and face ..
One of the store managers was working the drive through and he was the nicest friendliest most helpful man I've met at a fast food joint. I asked for mayo and he said they did not have packets of mayo but would be happy to put some in a small cup for me. I am not from the area but will stop there again when I happen to pass through.
After ordering and at window told the frosty machine broken, got drink instead. Drove to hotel. Sandwich looked thin, opened and only onions and mayo. Drove back. Told them I wanted all the toppings. They don't have any lettuce or tomato and they just forgot the pickles. I told him it was unacceptable especially since I drove back and now I have a cold sandwich. Then he yelled at me " what do you expect me to do?" I expect better service. They had 2 opportunities to tell me no toppings. I would have gone somewhere else. Waste of time and money.
I went to the counter. The young lady asked for me to wait while she filled an order. She was actually filling two. The other women at the drive thru had nothing to do but talk, they saw me there, not once offering to help me or the one filling orders. After being ignored, I left to eat somewhere else.
I was there at 1:15. Not busy at all. I never thought to look at Wendy's reviews. Seeing the others, I wish I did. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this place needs some serious help!
This establishment is severely understaff and the food shows. I waited in line for almost 1.5 hr to get an Asiago sandwich and the chicken italian whatever it is . The manager was pleasant and Miguel was so humble. They staff isnt the problem the ones who come to work are trying but if you only have 2 if them cooking shut the store down its unsafe. Here is my Asiago with mayo instead of ranch no bacon and no asiago cheese. ????????????The chicken was like rubber and the breading falling apart.
This Wendy’s is super hit or miss. Just go during mealtimes/rush and you should be good. Off times they’re slacking off a lot or rude or the food is cold—there’s always something. But during rush my food is usually hot and fresh and they’re friendly! I get mobile orders and a couple times now I’ve messed up my order and they just remedy it for me without asking me to pay extra or redo my order, it’s very good customer service.
I do not believe in bad reviews. It was bad enough to do so in this case. Just stopped for breakfast. Rock hard English muffin and biscuit. Inedible. No napkins. No receipt. Horrible waste of money.
Food was fresh service was good I think the 2 girl was Keisha and Marissa they was short staffed but I can tell they was trying so hard to get them orders out and did a good job me and my husband is satisfied
