Terrible and getting worse . Today drive through purchase., 3 triple meals . All had about 5 ounces of mayo/mustard and ketchup pouring out the buns . I’ve been going to Wendy’s on university forever , but this horrible service and quality has forever severed reliance of quality service and quality fast food at this Wendy’s location. This is just disgusting and no excuses for it . The lack of quality and concern of food products places in question overall cleanliness and health regulations and food handling state standards . I called for management and the girl that answered phone abruptly hung up on me . We really don’t need you Wendy’s franchise , we can actually live without you , but you can not live without customers!
I at one time had given you a much higher star but after four separate times in the last 5 weeks of messing up an order you take the order right you print the order right you repeat the order right but I still get an incorrect order. You serve cold food and please tell me how I got potato wedges instead of french fries and what is it about don't put cheese on something that you cannot comprehend. Look up the order October 13th 2024 baconator no cheese add mustard add onion medium fry and how I got that burger and those wedges from your breakfast menu in my bag at 9:30 in the evening I will have no idea then you gave no sauces and couldn't even give a chicken sandwich that wasn't hard as a frisbee and cold but had to wait on food.... I have the receiptis it's correct but clearly there you can't read or you just don't give a crap or both most likely since it's repeatedly happening you just don't care and your rating shows it and I'm sure this is just another review you will ignore.
Placed an order in the app and it took them 40 minutes to get the order ready. They still didn’t give me everything I paid for. I won’t go to this location again. Drive a few extra minutes to the East Slaton Hwy location to get hot, fresh food in a timely manner.
I went tonight exhausted! I order online with is usually more trouble then it’s worth. I forgot to check my bag before i let! I got home and was mentally repairing myself. And i was pleasantly surprised! Not only was my order correct they even gave me to correct amount of sauces! And it was still hot! I’m not sure of their names but it was two African American ladies!
I really wouldn't even consider what I just got served even food. The burger was cooked to a point of dryness, the bacon was old and petrified my first bite (and I'm not exaggerating) the bacon cut the inside of my mouth. The creamsicle frosty though man that was amazing thoroughly enjoyed. Tell your drive thru cashier customers can feel how unhappy she is and it feels like she dislikes her job a lot. Oh and the cheese wasn't remotely melted just a cold piece of American
I would definitely choose something else. I've visited twice months between each visit and service is still sloppy good always taste old just to many other options in the area than to throw away hard earned money in this manner... These are the fries I got pull up for
Waited forever to be greeted. They said they had to get all the other orders out before they took my order. They basically wanted me to leave do I didnt order breakfast. I was the only person waiting outside and it took over 15 minutes to get food.
Went thru the drive thru for breakfast. They were out of gravy. Ordered two sausage egg biscuits combos. Got bacon and only one little piece at that. The egg was so thin it was like eating a dry hard biscuit. Total waste of money. Never again.
