Breakfast burrito I’ve been dying to try it… Not So good, they take a Sausage patty cut it in half and put eggs and stuff in there. It was better than McDonald’s but $5 each. I ordered at the drive-through window and had to wait eleven minutes to get my food, The guy just handed me my food, didn’t say anything. Parking lot was nice and clean.
A Wendy's is a Wendy's no matter how you look at it. The inside is pretty fancy with a fire place and great seating. Clean floors and surprisingly a clean bathroom. The rest of the experience is the average fast food place experience. Staff was as nice as possible and a noticeable over helpfulness. My G pay wasn't working so the counter person got a manager to help with it. A bit of a language barrier issue later and we got it working. So that was good of them. Although the place was slow and I was the only one in there so I can't say if this type of service is the same with a busy day. Food came out fast ( again nobody there but me and staff) so it was fresh. They still have the Rick and Morty promo drink in the soda machine if you're still wanting that fruply land punch. Overall a good experience. Thank you to the one staff member who held the door for me in the bathroom too.
I opened my frosty (clear lid) and there was a hair just sitting right on top that you couldn’t miss if you tried. My husband was halfway through his burger when he pulled out the paper on the sliced cheese - see picture. This was a disgusting experience to say the least. $16 down the drain.
There is No hand soap in the restroom and they know that there is no hand soap , which is considered a major sanitation issue. Other than that the Service and Food is perfect.
My unfortunate dining experience reaffirms why I only dine at Chick-fil-A; which I would've chosen but they are closed for the next three months for renovations.
Opting to dine in for breakfast, I stood at counter. An associate in the kitchen made eye contact with me but instead of acknowledging me, she continued her conversation with an employee. After minutes, a different woman came to register and accepted my order.
The simple breakfast combo took awhile to prepare and when I finally got it, the cheese on the sandwich was completely cold and the potatoes were as well.
I've heard complaints about this location in the past from friends and family members but it's only now that I personally experienced the awful service. If you can spare the extra time to drive to another location or just to another restaurant completely, I strongly recommend it. I will not be coming back.
Overall amazing, never have a problem with the staff or with the food until tonight. In the middle of eating my burger and chewing on something that doesn’t seem right and pull out this….. could not believe it had to actually pull out a flash light and look at it before realizing it was a bread tie.
Went through this location for lunch for myself and coworkers. Indian lady at the window had an attitude when I asked for a drink tray for the multitude of drinks. Followed by no straws, no sauce on the saucy nugs. Didn’t have time to go back but this locations recent reviews just go to show it isn’t worth wasting your money here anymore. Inattentive and uncaring staff. Won’t be back.
We live 2 minutes away from this store and have always had good food and service. Today, my boyfriend went through the drive thru and asked for a Frosty Tag, which I had just purchased one at the location off Lake Pine Dr. a week ago. She argued they only sell them during Christmas time, and said I was lying. I don’t get why you would argue with a customer, when you don’t even know your product?! I tried calling the store twice to ask why this employee claimed that, and they don’t even answer the phone. Train your staff better!! We won’t be buying anything from this location again after this type of service.
