I went to take an onion out of my burger and there was hair. We went to ask about it and the guy in the back had shoulder length hair making the food with no hair net. No employee had any hair protection on. They gave us a new burger that was slightly uncooked and the people were mean after saying things like don’t be an asshole. They where mad we where sitting inside because the “big boss” is coming tomorrow. I don’t know if I’m more mad about the horrible customer service or the hair in my food.
Here's another fantastic fast food restaurant over in this area in Thornton. The people are very likable they're sociable and they are very attentive to your needs at this particular Wendy's... What's really great about this is it kid friendly teen friendly so school kids have fun here...
I have been to a lot of Wendy's but this Wendy's restaurant has treated me by far better than any other Wendy's I have been to here in Colorado!!!!
There is only one other and I left a review for that one that I will go to that I will spend my money on.
I ordered 2 crispy sandwiches and I got this??? No tomatoes, no lettuce only mayonnaise and chicken?? They didn’t even give me my receipt!!!
“Saucy Wings,” anything but saucy….
I ordered the ‘“Saucy Wings” based on advertising. They were anything but that. Came delivered as dry chicken nuggets with sauce in the bottom of the dish. I gave it a shot. Literally would have been better if I bought King Soopers nuggets and used King Soopers chicken sauce. Maybe even use my child’s ’Dino Nuggets’ with store sauce. After getting home and trying a few, I had to add sauce because they were more dry than a cedar plank in the oven….
Sorry for the honesty. I gave it a shot but marketing had a larger budget than the restaurant.
Yummy food, fast service, and good deals. Offering a 50-piece chicken nuggets item is very helpful since all 3 kids and 2 of 4 grownups wanted nuggets. The new salted caramel Frosty tastes more like butterscotch, but it was still good.
Came to this location on a weeknight after my son's soccer practice. Wasn't very crowded and we found lots of empty seats and tables. The food is not bad, same the prices are reasonable. Only four stars because there was no working menu display at the front counter - we had to order from a photocopied sheet of paper that was very hard to read. Plenty of free parking outside, and it's located in a plaza with a King Soopers, Subway, and other businesses.
$10.99 chicken sandwich same size as tomato. Nice. Never eating at this Wendy's again.
Ordered via kiosk upon entry. The staff was super kind and helpful even during a lunch rush with high schoolers and toddlers in the store. Huge shout out to Michael staying cool as a cucumber and getting everything ordered and out quickly. Tables were clean for eating in. Will definitely go here again.
