Every time I come to this Wendy’s there is an issue. Today I ordered two biggie bags. They gave me my drinks and had me pull forward. Multiple cars came and left before I got my food and I did not have a difficult order. When I finally received my order, everything was just thrown in the bag and I was given the wrong sauce. I have tried to give this Wendy’s a chance because it’s location is convenient but I am done giving this Wendy’s my business.
Burger had a hole in the wrapper. Chicken sandwich was dry! Food was cold after I had to pull over to get my food After waiting 10 mins +. Hair was in my food! I was irritated
This is the worst location you can stop at don't waste your time and damn sure not your money!!! Food is ALWAYS and i mean ALWAYS cold. Yet they ALWAYS need you to pull up. Staff isn't ever happy to be at work they treat you like you slept with them last night. Sauces is half the time in the bags Chile go to the next light and go to Culver's or somewhere else.
Absolutely Horrible! I always come to this Wendy’s because in the past their supervisors and staff are awesome. I called in last night to inform them I ordered two large biggie bags and only received one. I also inform them both of the nuggets were spicy and we received plain! The person who answered the phone was nice after the phone and explained I was at home and needed to take the frosty inside because it was melting. I asked several times if I had to bring the food back I have my receipt and he said no. I get to the window they tell me to pull around and the girl at the window gets the shift supervisor. He had an awful attitude and started getting an attitude with me asking where my food was at. I explained to him the situation and he just stated “Bro just get her a large fry.” I drove off after that but my family specifically got the biggie bag to get the spicy nuggets. I don’t know what has happened since I’ve been last but I will be going to Griffith instead from now on. If I could give it zero starts I would
I went to Wendy’s today , place my order went to the first window because the lady on the speaker did not tell me to pull to the second window so I was sitting at the first window so one of the workers yelled out the window over here rudely, along with her little eye rolls. not only that didn’t give me half my order and I also didn’t have a receipt that I never got from the employee so I couldn’t even prove my order. Thought I’d give them another try. By explains why they are always so dead . Next time I’ll just go to mc Donald’s . At least they smile at you & are respectful everytime I go there.
Just sad that good customer service is HARD to find now
This place is just trash it's so sad. Either there always forgetting most of my order or there always out of stuff. It's not just here or there it's every time I go! I'm sick of it they need all new staff, Management Everything! I'm done with Wendy's! Y'all suck!!!! Do better!
Fries were really hard and tasted like the oil hasn't been changed for some time. Though used to be really good... now they seem worse every time I go.
$36 for an average edible meal for two with fries and a drink. Like they didn't change out their oil, fries tasted bad, and they probably microwaved our meals since they were extremely hot beyond the wrapper.
Cant believe the prices. Cheaper to go to a local restaurant. Used to like their fries.
