This location is the worst ever they smoke vape and marijuana on the floor and in the store in the front when the front is closed. I witnessed with my own eyes the manager drop meat on the floor and put it on the sandwich and send it out the window, yes I worked there.. they never use gloves and come in make food straight from smoking cigarettes etc. the raw meat spatula is used to pick up your cooked meat fresh from smashing raw meat down. Extremely disgusting and filthy location please be careful if you ever go here.
I came to this location to get something to eat and use the bathroom. My car had broke down and My pregnant cousin and I was hungry. When my cousin and I came in we ordered our food when we went to use the bathroom. They made us leave and said that we was getting high. My cousin is pregnant. And it was as soon as we walked into the bathroom. I have never felt more disrespected by a company. We didn't get the food that we ordered. They refuse to give me my money back and maybe leave the store. Such bullshit by a company.
I have been roaming around DMI (Des Moines Iowa) and I stopped in for a sweet treat. Walked up and I was greeted by Monica who was very patient helping us out with our order. The manager on duty at the time even helped with getting the drink machine to work. The team seem to work well together. I order to go but ended up eating there because of the great ambience. I will return to the location. Thanks
Some of the worst customer service I have ever had. Refused to give me my food because I skipped the drive through call box and went straight to the window? Absolutely never coming back, thank God McDonald's is right there and KFC too
Went there today and went to order and as we are ordering they then tell us there are out of meat! Like wait, outta meat why are you open then. You literally sell burgers. Anywhere ordered what we could was getting my drink just to see floor mates on table with lids for sods and straws. Lots of places to mats while mopping thrn where people ate grabbing stuff. Yuk
I don't go there very often but they do have good mulch or shakes whatever you call them enter Chili's really good better than that I don't know
Always have great service here. The staff is very friendly.
I went for breakfast just to grab the breakfast taters. They are amazing! If you haven't had them, you're missing out.
Always perfect seasoned. Yum!
Also it's one of the few fast food places with the coke machine and I loveee the strawberry vitamin water, yum!!!
Don’t rely on using your app here, especially when using points-manager does not care what you lost and NEVER makes things right. Lost a bunch of points redeeming-their scanner wasn’t working (hit or miss if it does) showed manager and they said too bad essentially. Not the first time either. A bit rude, avoid this Wendys if you can.
