If I could give a -100 for a review I would absolutely do so. I’ve worked in the service industry for 10+ years & have NEVER IN MY LIFE encountered such a rude and absolutely disrespectful manager EVER! Until tonight… We had a mobile order. $35 worth of food. Picked it up. Came home. Come to find out they never gave us our 4 fries. NOT just one missing but 4. So we drive back to get them. Only to be met with a rude manager who got disrespectful over FRIES. Which is baffling to me. So we get back home & THEN I get to opened my Jr bacon cheeseBURGER to not see a BURGER! NO MEAT. NOT ONE PIECE OF MEAT on my sandwich. I decided to call to talk to the manager about the situation. Maybe get some of our money back since I didn’t come to Wendy’s to get a BUN WITH TOMATO AND NO FRIES. She then proceeded to yell at me. And tell im the issue. Continuously cut me off while screaming at me. All the while I kept my cool asking for her to understand that it’s not okay , and what can we do about it. But after she kept yelling and cutting me off. She told me pretty much F U and hung up on me. All the while I didn’t raise my voice once. And was just asking to be heard. Like I think anyone would do in this situation. I added 1 photo but there is way more wrong than just not getting meat on my jr bacon cheeseBURGER.
Rude staff. And when asking for a special order they proceeded to give me dirty looks and said they were not able to accommodate any special requests (well done) will not be going back especially since when I returned to speak to the manager she was full of short answers rude tone and dirty looks.
Front girl kept giving us dirty looks, purposefully moving extremely slow during rush hour, left our lemonade out and was warm, we had placed the order 30 mins before we showed up. Got there and it wasn't ready but the lemonade was just sitting on the counter.
We brought our daughters in for dinner. The staff were extremely rude and when we got out food it looked as if they were just thrown into the wrappers. When asked if they could remake just one of them they were getting an attitude and saying that this isn't burger king and you can't have it your way. And proceeded to talk crap about us wanting it fixed proper.
I usually love Wendy's but the krabby patty meal is a an adult meal for 11 bucks with stickers they should advertise it's not a kids meal my 4 yr old devastated lol kinda salty
Food was good but I was second in line and had to wait 30 mins to have them take my order. With the amount of online orders they get, the customers at the counter have to wait even longer.
I had a very good experience it was a clean nice kept place even behind the counter the staff were immaculate
Worst ran store in history. Forgets half the food. Then drive back just for them to forget the meat on my sandwich. Then the manager hung up on me when I called. Terrible people
