Tried to get a kids meal and a burger for myself at drive-thru. Pulled off to side as requested. Sat there 15 minutes until food arrives at window. Get home and find totally wrong order in the bag. Rather than complain, I ate the chicken sandwich I didn't order right up until I bit into the plastic wrapper inside the sandwich. You know, because fastfood work is really hard.... Should we next expect to pay 20 bucks per meal so they can make 30 bucks an hour in order for them to get it even half right?
Ordered a baconator & fries through uber eats. Sandwich was completely wrong. Was just a normal cheeseburger and it had no bacon.
Mary who works at the front counter was so welcoming! No hi no thank you, just throws your food on the front counter and walks away! Everyone was being nice to her and she was being miserable with them. Also the sticky floors were and cleanliness were top notch! Every time I go there the customer service and overall experience is fantastic! Great job management.
Hardworking is an understatement for the staff at this Wendy’s. I used to go all the time when I didn’t have lunch for work and the staff were some of the kindest people. I told my coworker how kind the staff were and he shared that he sometimes drops off some of them to the location, driving 20-30 minutes. These people pay for rides and still are some are so super kind and caring. They never fail to smile at me and they always go the extra mile to know that I left happy. They memorized my favorite sauce, ghost pepper ranch, and would give it to me without me asking. They would give me big pieces of chicken and fresh fries. They have never given me a hard time, even when it was clear that they weren’t having the best day. I used to work at Popeyes for years and I know exactly what they have to deal with. Their positive attitude and extra kindness brightens your day. I rave about them to my coworkers.
I just left there and realized when I got home my son of a baconator double was missing from my meal. A 12.00 item for a burger you never get. I tried to call and let them know it was missing. Evidently the phone must only ring on my end and not theirs. Either that or they are to busy screwing up orders consistently to answer. This is not the first time I had an issue but after loosing enough money this is the first time I am reporting my experience.
It's a Wendy's! The employees are courteous and are always smiling. It's a job where I believe a real, verbal "thank you for working" will be sure to show each employee that they are appreciated. They're hard workers!
The staff do care about you as a customer. They made a simple mistake yesterday but completely fixed it and made up for it and they handled the situation perfectly. So I recommend the morning staff alot. They care and will fix mistakes if you let them know. Give them a chance to fix it. Food was great on top!
we just ordered online at wendy’s, and the woman in the window (the top of our receipt says Melitza, but i’m not sure if that’s her or not!) was so sweet and helpful! they were out of what we wanted, so we just wanted to cancel our order… however she gave us a refund as well as our meal with replacements for the out of stock items! we were not expecting that, it was very sweet and made our night! thank you!
