The food is all good but service always vary’s, today i didn’t get any fries today and they do this a lot
We’ve been all across the country and this is our best Wendy’s experience in years. The frosty was thick and chocolaty. The burgers were well cooked and dressed amply. The fries were hot and not burnt or just the skinny ends. Good job Roswell employees
I would not recommend at all. I ordered 2 grilled Asiago ranch club chicken sandwiches. I received 2 regular breaded chicken sandwiches. This was the second time. The sandwich I received is almost $6 cheaper than what I ordered. I went back to the restaurant to just get my money back at this point and was treated poorly but got my refund. She took no ownership and didn’t even apologize just gave me my money back. I showed her the sandwiches. It was soggy and the buns were smashed. Either way very poor quality.
For there been a broken car in the drive thru the service was on point. From the order taken and the workers outside running back and forth taken payments and give orders out was outstanding. Keep up the good work ????????
I asked for my Asiago chicken ranch to have no bacon, and there was still bacon in it when I opened it at home, I'm allergic to bacon and can't even eat this sandwich anymore, I also received no receipt.
Food: The food quality was horrible. Aside from the chicken sandwich having absolutely no taste, the Chicken patty was so hard and stale. Be careful with the salads as it is old lettuce, mixed with Chunks of chicken, Remember to ask for your pecan and the pomegranate sauce that’s SUPPOSED to come on the side. Double check your Whole meal I had ordered bacon and obviously got none.
Workers: I really hate to say this, but The food industry sets rules, regulations and sanitation for a reason. the workers had no hair nets. Their hair all over their face, and not even pulled back at the minimum. I understand If you don’t need gloves to hand me my meal, but I watched one of the girls with her bare hands CRUMPLE my napkins like a child and put them in my bag. Excuse me I’m supposed to wipe my face with those. The lack of hygiene presented by the workers themselves really put a damper on the meal. I simply didn’t eat.
I get the competition between other food chains, I get it. I ordered the two for 10 and I wasn't allowed waters for my drinks. I had to order a soda with my meals. I don't drink sodas. So I left with nothing to drink because of a policy.
We entered the lobby where we are in a different time zone and the doors were open. A very rude manager stated that he had forgotten to lock the doors and ran us out. We went through the drive through to which we sat there for 15 minutes before we were helped. The food was okay, the service leaves some to be desired.
