One worker was sitting outside getting high. The one who helped did a good job. My fries got cross contaminated with a spicy powder or sauce, and they were spicy to me. I am sensitive to spice and was unable to eat it. I'm highly disappointed.
Since corporate has yet to respond, I'd prefer to get this out there so everyone can see. I didn't want to give the service 1 star, because the employees are generally decent to talk to and service isn't bad. We've eaten here for years, but Tuesday will be the last day. We got a chicken sandwich that we had to return. The chicken was very tough and my wife couldn't even bite through it. I tore it apart to find it brown and crusty inside. I returned it for something else and even the manager said "ew, I'm going to take a picture of that." I assume he sent it to their quality control. We got a burger in return and, when i got home, my wife took the bun off and said, "does that look like a leg that just fell out?" (See the images). I'm always skeptical but I couldn't deny it. I asked where it was and she pointed to the cheese on the side. We lifted the cheese to find a body with wings attached baked into the cheese and the head of some type of insect beside it. No thanks wendys. It's pretty sad in 2-3 days, I still hear nothing in return. I emailed both compliance and customer service.
My fiance, my cousin, and I went there today. They got a 4 for 4 and I got a large chili, well about half way into my chili I found a fly in it, took it back up and got my money back. I highly recommend not to go here!!!!!
Can’t give this place any more chances. Service is bad and the food is never cooked correctly. Drinks even taste wrong every time.
Super disappointed. Went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches with extra mayo. I received one grilled chicken sandwich with extra mayo as ordered, and one sandwich that contained what looked like half a piece of grilled chicken, no lettuce or tomato, and half a gallon of mayo. I'm not sure what exactly they were thinking giving us that sorry excuse for a "sandwich," especially when the other one was right. They also tend to not give receipts, which makes it hard to fix a messed up order. If you're eating here, pull your food out of the bag in the drive-thru line and check it all before you drive away.
My food was good, but there was something wrong with my coke. It tasted horrible. I couldn't drink it. Poured it out. Was afraid of getting sick.
They acted like I done something wrong when I asked for crackers I had to come back after getting 6 miles up the road with my food and I came back they was rude so I started eating my food and found a hair in it and the black lady behind the counter was extremely rude over me finding a hair in my food like shut this place down for gods sake or hire people to do better
Wendy’s has small Frosty’s for 1 dollar. Perfect on a hot summer day and we’ve been having lots of those.
