We waited for 20 minutes to order in the dining room. Decided to leave, seen the drive thru clear
Waited another 25 minutes. That's 45 minutes just to order "FAST" food. No thanks. This establishment either takes FOREVER, hope you have all day, or they just throw what ever they have ready in your bag. Doesn't matter what you actually order.
Winfield is a small town with just a handful of restaurants including wendys! On that note, Wendy's stays pretty steady at all hours, I have never had any problem with waiting to long, or my food being messed up. I've never ran into those problems. Everyone that has waited on me, is always pleasant and energetic. On the end note, I can't say anything bad about this little place! You will be greeted with sweet smiling faces!! Your food will be hot and so good!! Keep up thr greatness Wendy's!!!
I have to say, we don't have any problems when Linda is working. She's the best! Sadly she wasn't there that day.
IF I COULD GIVE YALL A ZERO I WOULD???? the managers there are LAZY went in and there was about 4 or 5 people maybe in the whole building and i saw 2 working the rest were on their phones or running in and out of the establishment WAITING FOR 1 meal took about 15 mins when other people could have been helping i saw multiple people out of uniform and just wearing whatever felt very unsanitary looks of NO HAIR NETS WHAT SO EVER???? after waiting i didn’t even wanna touch my food bc everyone that was i guess were supposed to be “managers” looked very unprofessional i understand it’s wendy’s but at least show up to work looking semi presentable 0/10 i would clear house and start over if i was this establishment
I normally love this place. But I swear. I pay nearly 20 dollars for my order. I would like the order to at least be correct. I'd get it if their was a line or if it was slammed, but it was just me.
I got old fries and an unsweetened tea when I ordered a sweet tea and my chicken sandwich was part raw.
It's been quite awhile since I had such a friendly encounter with chain restaurant staff. This location did a great job - from the friendly, and cheerful greeting to the pickup of food from the drive-thru window, everyone was pleasant, upbeat, and courteous. The food was fresh and hot, not overly cooked, and everything was neatly bagged. No fries spilled or leaking cups. 10 out of 10. ????
Food was fresh, and the staff was nice. Couldn't ask for more.
