I went through the drive thru around 547pm on 4/27/23. I ordered $5 biggie bag- no mayo, extra mustard, fully dressed. When I got to the window I was asking the guy would it be fully dressed with EXTRA mustard; he kept replying rudely “what”. I just said never mind. I got my meal-fries and burger were lukewarm. It had NO MUSTARD, one tiny piece of lettuce, bread was soggy, and nuggets were not good.There were no napkins in the bag asked the lady for some napkins she walked off so I asked the guy for some napkins and he asked me did they put some in the bag. I said to myself why would I sit there asking for napkins if I had some.Very bad EXPERIENCE!
July 10, 2023-UPDATE: I decided to try it again today and NO IMPROVEMENT: I asked for LIGHT MAYO AND EXTRA MUSTARD. My sandwich SLOPPY WET WITH MAYO. Sandwich was COLD! No napkins! HORRIBLE!!!!
I went to buy something inside and when I was waiting for my turn to order, the girl told me that they weren't serving people there and that I had to go by drive-thru. ???? But she had just served a person before me. Which makes me understand that they didn't serve me because I was Latina. I mean, they complain about racism but they are racist towards Latinos. ???????
Will not answer the phone. Ordered Wendy’s through door dash, they never gave me the salad dressing for my salad, placed all the drinks with no carrier in the same bag as the food so the drinks spilled in the bag when it was dropped off.
Disappointed!! Breakfast menu not available and the order taker only selling sausage biscuits!! I ended up with a microwaved biscuit with over cooked, dried out sausage and potatoes fries which ended up getting even more dried up and cold on the short drive home. Be sure to check your order before leaving the drive thru window...horrible!! No, I did not eat it!! Only received the one star so I can post my comment.
I am a Dasher, lobby closed at 11 am, had to go through the drive thru. Waited for 40 minutes for the truck that was at the speaker waiting to order before we ever moved. Saw 6 people leave. Took me an hour to get my order!
Ordered 3 baconators and each burger only had 2 tiney pieces of bacon on them, always have issues at this location
I actually liked my experience with this Wendy's and the workers were very friendly and I didn't get a trace of disrespectful attitudes from any of them.
I brought a number 1 off the breakfast menu, when I got it was cold like they got it out the freezer, and slap it on the biscuit. I sent it back when I got it back it didn’t smell right like it was thrown on the floor. It smell like piss. Disgusting never again!!!!
