Had a baconator burger. One of Dave's specials. Food was ok better then Mc Donalds. Ordered two large fries. Hamburgers are still smaller then average restaurant burgers. Drink machine is nice a bunch of different choices. The punch Powerade is refreshing. Place was not very busy. But that is good since service was pretty quick!
I stood at the counter in the lobby for about 35 min without being served during lunch time. During this, several of the restaurant staff members were openly mocking customers and children that came through in a bus. I’ve never had worse service at a restaurant. Unreal.
Only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is because I specifically went to try the new frosty and they "only had the original because the frosty machine was down".
I've been to this location 3 times now since moving here. I always go to the drive thru and take the food home. All 3 times I've gone, my food had been wrong... not just like missing a topping or wrong sauce... I'm talking completely different food items. I ordered an asiago chicken, was given the ghost pepper chicken. Ordered a chicken sandwich, was given a cheeseburger. Like completely wrong. Get it together!!
Normally I'd say this place is decent, but after today I will not be returning. 2 blonde curly hairs found in food + ranch sauce was OPENED. Appeared to have been left out. This is ridiculous how disgusting! I hope some serious changes come. What if the hair had LICE?!
Jared was manning the front and provided excellent customer service. He was attentive when I alerted him that the men’s restroom was out of toilet paper and he promptly remedied that issue. I stopped by on an extremely hot and while it wasn’t busy, had my food service in less than a minute from the kitchen. I’m always grateful for the speedy service. Keep up the good work guys.
I ordered by the drive thru my meal 1 number one large drink and also i order a salad, she repeat my order and I go to the window to pick it up, when i arrived it I ask if she have a fanta zero and she said did you forget to order? I apologize but told her i wanna be sure if the have it And i told her i just want to add a large pineapple fanta, she charge me and I wait for my order, then she gave me the fanta and the burguer order but not the salad, so I asked about my salad and she look at me and tell the boy (she wants a salad too) and look at me and high her voice and told me ITS BECAUSE YOU HAVE A STRONG ACCENT and ask for my card again to process the payment, my daughter was with me and I look at her and told me Mama you told her and she repeat the order and why shes disrespecting you and making this racist comment! I just get my order and go away without any comments and frustrated cause i cannot believed how rude and racist was this young lady besides the lack of customer service from this Wendys, if she was having a hard day ( the drive thru by the way was empty at that time) ornif she cant understand she have to let me know with a excuse can you repeat again?too bad customer be treaty with racist comments
The guy Kris is a dunce and rude as hell. I’ve never had any issues with the employees, they’re always nice but this dude was condescending and getting my order wrong on purpose because he claims he “couldn’t hear me” then when I asked for fries he responded, “you mean wedges” no, I mean salad obviously ??? And when giving him my card, I’m stretching out as far as I can and he refuses to reach out further to grab it but I physically cannot extend my arm out further so he finally grabs it. I’m the most polite person too, get over yourself. His behavior is so uncalled for
