I don't usually share about fast food but this Wendy's was excellent ????
They were friendly and fast. I hadn't even finished filling my drink and my order was ready. Fresh and very tasty ????
Definitely recommend this establishment!!
The atmosphere is about the same as any other fast-food restaurant, but they are relatively quick in consideration of the staff available. Often it is very slow at night, but that is largely due to the lack of staff available at night. If you eat there during the day they will have the food out fast and ready, which is what makes me believe that the staff are not working any slower. Because of this, I can say that is definitely a solid place to eat.
Went through drive-through today, December 3 around 3:50 in the afternoon, they were too busy chitchatting with the girls in the car in front of us when we got up to their they barely spoke. When we got home, our whole order was wrong except for the fries and the chicken nuggets. My son got the cheesy cheddar burgers and they ended up giving us regular cheeseburgers all three of them and my chicken sandwich was supposed to be plain and it wasn’t. I tried to call the number and nobody answers.
The cashier was very sweet. She was getting a hard time from a customer and she stayed calm and professional. They were very busy but everyone was working hard.
We are from Asheville and were in Shelby on our way to Charlotte to try and find supplies. Somehow we ended up driving by Wendy's and noticed they were open. We stopped in and they were really busy but that was no biggy. They are fast, efficient, and had our food to us quickly. We opted to dine in to avoid the long drive thru line and it was a good idea.
Manager definitely had a attitude I miss Mr Rodney he was always friendly n not irritated like damn lady u chose to work there I didn't
Had people in there that didn't know what was going on stood in line for about 30 mins finally got out order put in an then it was about another 15 mins shiftleader acted like she was worn out an just didn't care how slow things were going she finally got out order out line was to the door an the cars was wrapped around the building won't be back
I just wanted to say, I'm a paramedic and considered "essential worker) but over the past week in shelby when everything was shut down due to the storm these crew members were very essential to the community and deserve the same essential compensation. Good job guys and gals!
