We don’t typically indulge in fast food, but I was eager to try Wendy’s new Saucy Nuggs. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I ordered a 10-piece serving with Buffalo sauce, but the nuggets were swimming in an overly salty sea of sauce. I could only manage to eat four pieces. To make matters worse, the French fries were disappointingly stale. Overall, I can not recommend the Saucy Nuggs; they were quite terrible.
The bun of my chicken sandwich literally had mold on it, and half the time at this location I have to repeatedly state my order or correct my order. No intention of ever returning to this particular Wendy's.
Placed a 60.00 order online. Pulled up to drive thru and no nice greeting just "Go ahead ..." Told them I had an online order "pull ahead". Get to the window and a big guy with a mask opens the window, hands me the bag, shuts the window. No greeting, no thank you, nothing. If you hate your job get a different one but don't be rude to your customers.
It wasn't because they were busy, I was literally the only car there. Nobody was inside. Nobody in line. Even if they were busy you don't have to be rude.

Bring your own sauce, because they’ll never give it to you! Time and time again, they forget the sauce or give you 1 if you ask for 3. They constantly forget straws too. Every time I come they have terrible service and poor attitude at the window. I usually look past it because it’s fast food. But someone needs to see this and address it.
I ordered online and you would think most restaurants get everything right but you'd be surprised but Wendy's did. I didn't even have to wait long. The only thing was were the fries. Almost got dehydrated eating that much salt lol
Went to go get a Krabby Patty meal cause I love SpingeBeb and then I got just like a generic 4 for 4 with no packaging, the only thing I got out of it was the frosty and it wasn't worth 10 dollars,,, this is definitely something Mr Krabs would do,,,,,,,, the lady seemed annoyed. Anyone about to put me on Reddit or something I type silly ????????????
Went in today and they have a pretty nasty bug problem. Dead crickets all over and live ones all over. Probably won't be back, the place needs to be shut down while they get rid of the bugs. No food should be made or eaten in that environment. I'll be making a complaint to the city health inspectors as well.
received these through doordash (yes they also received these), they are SWIMMING in oil, the fries are barely cooked, the bacon is cold, and the cheese looks like it was melted under a heat lamp. absolutely disgusted, they put zero care into the quality of food that they make. (would give 0 stars it i could)
