Came to this location Nov 30 and ordered two Dave's double meals. Simple right? Apparently not! The first time we get our food, we realized they made the single party, no big deal it happens. Go back to the counter, explain we ordered and paid for doubles, no issue they will make us new ones. Great, no problem at all, again it happens. Back to our seat, open burgers and AGAIN the burgers they just "correctly made" are SINGLES! Are you kidding? Food was warm at best. Do not recommend. They staff are pleasant but cannot get an order right. Shouldn't be surprised, as we were waiting for our food, a different customer came up and said there was a hair in her food.
On my way to North Carolina and I stopped to get something to eat. I haven't been to Wendy's in a while back home, so I was a little hesitant. I'm glad I stopped. I got a Jr. Bacon cheese burger with extra bacon, and that burger was very tasty. The nice lady who took my order was very helpful. I asked her a question about the food and she was truthful. You don't find many like her anymore. My burger was fresh and made to order. I wish I knew the name of the lady who took my order today (7/29/24 around 1:30pm), but Thanks again and God Bless. No chili service took for ever burgers were improperly sauced. July 30th at 8pm
If you come here in the afternoon, be sure to check your order before you leave the drive through. They are really consistent about messing things up. It used to be that when I ordered a kids cheeseburger meal only ketchup, they would put everything on it, but they stopped doing that after I brought in the sandwich for them to fix 3-4 times. Today, they left multiple items off my order, and then after having them fix it, they still left an item out of my bag. When I went in (again) to have them fix it, I mentioned to the manager that they messed up a single order twice, and her only response was "Oh". Love the lunch staff! Never have issues with those guys, but the evening crew just don't give a fudge.
I went inside to order, no other persons were inside. There were about 6 employees a girl Paris took order begrudgingly.
My entire order was cold, the fries were left from earlier and brown and greasy! Left out a burger. I will never go back to that location again. This is not the first time my food has been bad. My dog want eat it.
If there's a night manager they should be fired!

I was so excited to leave this Wendy’s a 5 star review until…
It was lunch hour. Everyone is in a hurry. Drive thru places are busy. I was starving.
I thought about going to Arnold’s right around the corner but I was in a hurry too. I figured if the line wasn’t long at Wendy’s I’d try it.
Much to my surprise the line was short. The service was fast. The drive thru attendant even fixed my order to a combo because that was a better deal.
As I drove away I was so impressed with how much better this experience was from all the other Wendy’s I’ve been to. So I snapped a picture of the store. I couldn’t wait to leave a great review.
Then I opened my burger. The only special request I had was NO MAYO. The burger was slipped with mayo.
Mayo is nasty. It literally makes me throw up. All I wanted was a good burger with no mayo. I had to throw away the whole top half of an $8 burger.
Should have just gone to Arnold’s. ????????♂️
This location is usually “okay” but on this particular visit, the service was mediocre at best and to make matters even worse, there was a horrible disagreement with the staff. There was an argument with one of the staff members and the manager which included foul language and cussing. The food was okay but the service and environment was terrible.
Absolutely the nicest people work here. I have been here several times and the food is always right and the service is the best
