From the second the girl took my order with attitude, to the kid who brought my food out while we waited, then stuttered before handing it over, I knew something was up. So good thing I felt something was off- they put hair in my food. Shut this disgusting place down. How dare they! I got my kids food as well!!
I stopped at this Wendy’s today (Friday evening) for a Double stack biggie bag and WOW is all I can say. From the greeting to ordering process to the quality of food. Just wow. My burger was exactly made the way I requested and everything was fresh. I was very pleased with the customer service and food. It’s been a while since I’ve had a great Wendy’s experience and I have to say this location met all expectations. I’ll be back soon. Thank you ????
To start I waited over 20 minutes after paying to just get 2 biggie bags. When I got home, I live less than 5 minutes away, I sat down to eat and my food was like warm at best. Half of my fries were cold enough to make me wonder if the came out of the fridge, my chicken nuggets just warm enough they weren’t frozen. I highly suggest you go to a different location instead of this one. Also staff was very blunt and had ZERO hospitality.
Literally the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. This location is right by my place so I’ve given it a fair amount of chances, but I drive out of my way to go to a different store or just grab something else to eat.
They’re incredibly slow and incredibly rude. Twice I have gone for dinner and been told they’re currently not taking food orders. Not sure if there are staffing issues or what, but save yourself the stress. Just go somewhere else
Normally hit n miss but tonight 21 October 950pm was excellent. Chicken sandwich was hot n fresh. Potato wedges were a little cold but very tasty. Quick service.
Went this morning and ordered 2 croissants, burrito and a large drink. I was asked to move forward because was waiting on eggs....sure no problem. Asked for my drink before pulling forward and manager name Patty handed out a small drink. I inform her that I had asked for a large drink. She says she would upgrade to a medium because she only charged me a small. I don't care what I was charged all drinks are $1 and I asked for a large. After 4-5 times trying to ask her to give me what I asked for she was persistent on only giving me a medium and refusing to give me what I had asked for.
If you want the slowest service known to fast food man, go here. Waited in line for 20+ minutes and then they had the audacity to tell us to pull forward because they were “waiting on their sandwiches to be done.” Still currently sitting in line with zero updates.
Placed mobile order. Pulled up to drive thru was asked to wait and that they were cash only. Waited about 5 minutes and pulled around to the window. While I was waiting, there were 2 other cars pull up and then leave after a minute. Worker was rude when greeting me. Was asked to pull up and wait for order. Waited about 3 minutes. Fries tasted as though the were cooked awhile ago and then cooked again so they would ve warm. Sandwiches were good.
