This place sucks as far as Wendy's restaurants go. The one in Lexington Park is way better and that's the complete opposite of what you'd think. I just got home with my chili and what utensils was I given in the bag? A fork and knife. And that about perfectly sums this places up.????????♂️
Absolutely disgusted with this place. They charge me for 2 salads instead of one like I asked then give me the money back for the second one then they forget my daughter and husbands drink so go back in to get that and then my husband goes to eat his chicken sandwich and it's raw yes it was completely raw. So he take sit back inside and the manager gives him attitude instead of just apologizing and giving him his refund she the decides to give him 7$ for his meal alone was 13$ and says he didn't bring the drink back in like are you kidding me you just served me raw food and you worried about a drink so he bring the drink back in that he hasn't drank out of and the manager rolls her eyes and makes a snooty comment and instead of helping my husband she turns her back and starts serving other people. Have absolutely no respect or manners and food was raw and disgusting and the manager was ignorant as all get out. Go to Prince Frederick Wendy's way better service and nice people that serve cooked food! Unlike California MD Wendy's. Never in my life have I been treated so rude !
Only giving one star because I have too.
Every female working has the biggest attitude problem, and is constantly complaining about other people and what they order. Everyone just mopes around, and moves like a sloth. NOBODY, including the cook was wearing any gloves preparing food, touching food, getting bags ready. No hair nets. Food is cold, after waiting 15-20 minutes for our small order to be ready. The whole place is ridiculous.
I've been coming here for months for lunch and the food is always hot and the service is always fast and friendly.
Soda machine was broke, didn't tell me until after I paid. Asked for an unsweetened tea with Splenda when I go to the window. The kid at the window had no idea what Splenda was. After an explanation, I got sweet and low. After explaining the yellow packets, I got regular Domino sugar. After realizing this was a lost cause I accepted the fact I was just going to have to settle for unsweetened tea. Took a sip, sweet tea. Also order wasn't correct.
If you want hot food straight from the grill and fresh from the fryer, your place is Wendy's. From the cashier to walking out of the store with my bag has always been an experience that drives me to come back over and over again.
Kudos to the Lexington Park and Leonardtown locations. 5 Stars?.....naw, let's say 10+????????????????????????????????????????????
Nothing stocked, every table in the place was dirty, and had a lot of employees behind the counter. Charlotte Hall Wendy's isn't perfect, but is infinitely better than this location.
AWFUL. We came here at night and they were open but no one would take our order. We drove around to see if anyone was there and there were 3 people inside so we drove back around and tried ordering again and nothing. So we drove to the window and the lady finally came to the window and took our order. She seemed super annoyed. Just overall terrible… but I guess it’s Wendy’s so what do you really expect.
