This location had a friendly person in the drive thru, but my order was totally wrong- nuggets in place of a kids’ burger The rest of the food was cold. I am adding in a picture here of the lettuce that was on one of the burgers. Who in the world would want that on their burger?
I was so excited about this collab Wendy’s has with SpongeBob. They hype it so much but it wasn’t what I expected it to be. My sandwich was put together so messy and they didn’t have the frosty. Idk why is it even a collab when the overall experience, quality and taste of food was a disappointment. Nothing from how it shows in the advertisement. I should have just went to whataburger. Would have spent the same amount but very quality and experience.
So my friend went to Wendy's to pick up dinner for her and her family. She got home and took a bite of her burger. She noticed that the burger tasted "funny"n but nothing seemed our of the normal until she turned over the burger. Yes that is mold on the bottom bun. She didn't notice it until she had already took a bite out of it and turned it over. She took it back and told the staff who weren't as outraged as she was or didn't seem to care. It was like this was a daily occurrence. They just gave her refund and that was it. She usually doesn't say much as far as complaining or comment, but this Wendy's is also close to my home and I feel people should be aware of what they are serving and what kind of customer service people are giving. If you go there just be sure you are actually looking over the whole burger before taking a bite.
This location has had THE WORST night crew ever. The staff has to be the laziest crew ever, with obviously either no manager on shift or they are at fault for this. Majority of nights they will literally turn off the outside lights and sign so the store appears to be closed. I live nearby and try to order for my kids who request it. But I hate even going to this location because of the many problems I’ve had with them at night only. Even if the outer lights happen to be on, they will purposely ignore you when you pull up to the monitor to order, in hopes that you drive away. I have even timed them at a 5 min wait of me saying hello repeatedly for a response to order. Then they will say I’m sorry for the delay. The cars behind me will leave because of the obvious no response to them. Orders are commonly wrong and I’d love to speak with the owner of this location to tell him to notice the obvious decline in his night sales with this kind of behavior. It’s really just too bad. (The pic below is to show the lights that are purposely kept off to keep them from having to work.) and the front windows seem tinted, so it seems even darker looking at it from Potranco. If I didn’t know, I’d think it was closed.
Waited for ever to order inside today but kept taking drive thru orders before us. There are 4 people in the place and I could run this place way better with 3 people. Do better Wendy's.
No ketchup of course, fries were cold and old. They also forgot my nuggets. The fries were ridiculous. No one should ever serve fries that felt like they been there for hours. The cashier was nice but the food service was lousy. Now I remember why we don't go to Wendy's. Wish they were like the old days were Wendy's was perfect.
It's been quite some time since we've been to Wendy's, and the majority of our experience was good. We ordered online and my son went inside to pickup. He did have to come back to the car to get my phone as they asked to verify the order. Most of what we ordered tasted good, except the chicken wrap. The tortilla was hard and stale and the chicken was old (like it was left out for a while). I was excited the wrap was so large, but disappointed in the tortilla and chicken. All our other food was good, chicken nuggets, fries, burger, & frosty. Next time I go, I'll just order a burger.
Just left this location and I could call but it probably wouldn't change anything. I ordered 3 kids meals and they managed to ruin that. I had two coupons and they said they could only use one even though it said no purchase necessary for the frosty. When I looked at my receipt they didnt use the coupon and they managed to keep my coupons. They have the worst attitudes. They look at you like we are bothering them. I had to ask for my receipt instead of it automatically been given to me. However the young lady who took my payment was nice. My family and I won't be coming here ever again.
