This Wendy’s sucks…I thought that the latest review that I read would do it justice and be as good as the recent reviews I read. (08/04/2024 @11pm) Today, my sister and I decided to stop by and order some food. Lord and behold, we get to the speaker and this lady (I’m assuming) attempts to take our order but when I began to order, there was no one asking back to confirm my order. Mind you I’m sitting there for 2 mins waiting for them to answer. After waiting for what feels like 3-4 minutes in complete silence waiting for someone to take my order; I decided to drive up to the window to see if they were having drive thru difficulties. When I got to the window, I saw this guy who looks like he was cleaning something near the drive thru window. With patience, I waited for him to be done as I’m assuming that he would ask me if I needed help or something. 3 minutes pass and this dude just completely ignores us. I then attempted to honk my horn and he still didn’t care(mind you I honked at least five times). The guy at the window should do a better job, I mean if you don’t like your job, find a new job. I just don’t get the people who are paid to work but don’t do their job!!! Wendy’s DO BETTER AT TRAINING YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!
Customer service sucked, not even a how are you when we walked in. The food had mold on it and when we asked for a manager there wasn’t on available.
My go to meal here is apple pecan salad because it has the blue cheese, love it, then I get the chilli with extra onion, or the sour cream and cheese baked potatoes and a diet coke. ♥️
From the outside you wouldn't think this place was a good spot, if you know what I mean. Drug addiction is high in the area. Walking in I was shocked.! Was super clean. So I didn't mind staying in to dine with my family. One staff member wasn't even clocked in and we were waiting for service, she said "give me your thumb print you have guests here" "sorry I'm not even clocked in" and attended to us quickly. I really did appreciate that. She was kind had great customer service.
Everything is amazing especially the staff!! Only reason I gave atmosphere a 3 star is the area but great inside
Fries were cold and the drive thru attendant did not seem like she wanted to be there. Cinnabon was dry. Will not be back
Every time I go to this location the hamburgers taste like burnt grease. The patties simply are not good. My fries and nuggets are always cold even, when I ordered them fresh. I order my burgers with no onions, yet they put onions on them. The drinks are usually watery and asking for extra ice, seems to be too much to ask. I understand this restaurant is in an undesirable neighborhood, however that doesn't mean the food quality should reflect that. The last time I ordered chili, the meat tasted old, some hard tough beans, and just tasted gross. Obviously, management doesn't care about food quality or customer service here.
Hopefully Wendy's will alleviate the food inflation with more of their 4 for 4 deals. Should make it a 5 for 5 instead.
